“Slippers were delivered and looked lovely,but after a short while maybe 2wks the sheepskin liner is moving as you put your feet in and take them out so it has obviously come away from the sole,maybe not enough glue has been used 😞 so I cannot give them a very good review”

“I ordered some sheepskin cushions which were very good quality, I did return them but only as the colour wasn't quite what I was after. I cannot fault the customer service it was excellent and refund was processed quickly.”

“Hi I bought the Ladies Rhianna Leather Sheepskin Flying Jacket….unfortunately it was a little tight across the chest … oh no I thought a return at Christmas … shouldn’t have worried myself Sheepskin World has a fantastic customer service team … I spoke to a lovely lady who told me to wrap it back up and send it back to them (she even checked to see if the next size was in stock it wasn’t but she ordered it in ..this saved time as if it was unavailable I would have picked something else or started process of a refund instead of having to wait)..I followed instruction’s for return … New jacket is a lovely fit I’m so happy with this purchase … great quality … great value … great service … Would I buy again from Sheepskin World DEFINITELY 😊”

“The slippers I received were great, the quality was better than expected for the price paid and comparable to slippers at other retailers for twice the price. The original pair I ordered were a little small and were returned with them sending a replacement at the next size up which fitted perfectly. Excellent service, I will definitely be back.”

“Not much of the sheep wool inside, sole is made of strong material- which is good, but should be more covered by the wool to give more warm to the feet.”
