“Bought my third pair of slippers and for the first time the quality wasn't what I expected. The fur came off after only 6 weeks. Reached out to Sheepskin World and without any hassle got an apology and a replacement within a few days. Great service and the new pair are perfect. Thanks for making the replacement service so easy. Will certainly keep on using your website for my next pair once this one is worn out.”
