“Saw this website after it came up on Clearpay. I was after a quality pair of slippers and noticed the great selection they had. This was my 1st purchase and I was over the moon when they arrived. The service was very good from start to finish and the quality was the best I had ever bought. Would I buy again, most certainly yes and I would highly recommend this site to anyone. I do wish they did sheepskin dog coats as I was looking for that too but you can't always have it all.”

“Was slightly disappointed with the slippers I ordered for my father for Christmas. They looked a little cheap, with stickers on them and did not look like I had spent a lot on them. This may be me being fussy, but I did expect them to look better for the cost.”

“Bought the perfect ladies slippers but the wrong size was sent. I sent them back for the correct size and received back the original pair i had returned. I bought them elsewhere and requested a refund. Seems they are unable to request a simple order and provide what you asked for. Very poor service.”

“I am impressed with both the product and the service. The slippers are the warmest and comfiest I've ever owned. I initially ordered the pair as a gift but they didn't fit so I ended up keeping them for myself. I then ordered two more pairs in different sizes to ensure I got it right for the gift recipient, and it was very easy (and free) to return the unwanted pair. I would definitely recommend and will use the company again.”

“The men’s slippers I purchased recently were very good quality, with such lovely soft sheepskin and suede outer but sadly they were a bit on the small side for my husband and he said he’d prefer a pair without the back so he could just slip his feet into them. I reluctantly had to send them back.”

“As company the communication about my order was not great, but my enquiry by email was replied to within 24 hours if in a slightly generic no specific way. Also being asked to download an app to track my order, that wasn’t necessary or wanted. Otherwise I’m very happy with their products”
