“Unfortunately the slippers, although my correct size, hurt my left foot but as I had marked the sole whilst trying them out I cold not return them for exchange. Your contact on the internet for returning them did not work either.”

“I love the slippers but they aren’t true to size. I’m a UK 9 (which is the size I ordered) and my feet hang slightly off the back. I would say they are a size 8.”

“The slippers were lovely, carefully packaged, well made and looked good just as in their photo. However I sadly had to return them as, although they were the right size, they slipped up and down at the back when I walked.”

“Unfortunately I had to return the slippers as they were too small inspire the fact that they were labelled as a size 7 and were for feet that are 6,5. Maybe buy a bigger size?”

“One slipper has a ridge under the arch of the insole. Very uncomfortable and annoying as they were quite expensive.”

“Order was delayed due to courier, when it arrived it was the wrong item . I then had to wait for a replacement until the return was received, even though you had the return details. Poor customer service. Lovely slippers though”

“Paid 7 pounds for next day delivery but they came 4 days late and they did not come in a box or anything so overall very disappointing especially as the slippers didnt even have rubber or ay soles!”

Thank you for your review. Looking at your order this item was delivered in 2 days just before Christmas to Isle of Wight. This delivery is £5.95 and these slippers don’t have rubber soles, that’s the slipper you chose, we do the same slipper with rubber soles

I am sorry they are not in stock anymore. We bought so many slippers this year, but it’s been so busy a lot have now sold out

“I bought a mans pair of slippers and women’s pair. The slippers themselves are wonderful and so soft. The only issue I had was with the box containing the mans pair. The box was in pieces when it arrived. Which was disappointing as they were going to be gifted. The box looked like it had joined Mr. Bean on holiday. Very disappointed on that.”

“Goods arrived in a timely manor and were reasonably priced. Unfortunately the slippers were far too small and I had to return them. I was refunded in full and very quickly.”
