“Great customer service from them. I didn't receive my slippers for 3/4 weeks. Not their fault, (postal strikes and think it was lost) and when they arrived the packaging was ripped and one of the slippers was damaged. I emailed them with pics and received an email back within a couple of hours stating I'd get a full refund and to just dispose of the slippers. Received my full refund within a couple of days. Very happy with the service and would buy from them again.”

“Helpful sales people surprised slippers made in China.Problem With return as needed a larger size and could not get code on smart phone neighbour printed a label for me.Then not a problem returned on Saturday received exchange following Sunday,pleased to be able to order over the phone and not on line helpful for older people.”

“My experience was marred by the Royal Mail strikes having to wait over 3 weeks for delivery which came just few days before Xmas. Unfortunately I ordered more this time paying for courier which came very quickly. Highly advise to do that if strikes are on. I also had to pay more for them as sale was on on previous pair . When they came the Leo style were too small wish to order couple sizes bigger but they don’t go to a size 13, infact not much choice in that size. Had to ring customer service and they were lovely and polite. The slippers are very nice , warm and very comfortable . I’d purchased these as I have a pair and I love them so decided to gift to family will be back for more!”

“Slippers arrived in good time for Christmas, well made with good durable soles and a lovely blue tartan covering the much desired warm, pure sheepskin inside. Sent the wrong size 6 instead of 9 so gave them to my Father as returning them appeared complicated. Tried to purchase another pair in size 9 but discover there out of stock.”
