“The size was not correct. I sent it back and received a size 11 which is still tight although my normal size is 10. I am grateful for the prompt chage but it's still too small I like the slippers and will not take it further but the sizes need attention.”

“Amazing service Placed order Friday pm to be delivered direct only didn't put recipient's address! Emailed correct address straight away then waited the weekend. Early Monday morning received email the order had been updated then delivered on Wednesday. Fantastic!”

“A little more expensive than the normal but definitely worth it. Bought for a present and they are really good quality. Quick Delivery and well packed. I recommend the slippers.”

“The slippers are very comfortable and warm. I returned the size 11 for exchange for a size 12. This was very easy to carry out as the return form was included with the slippers. The return and exchange postage was free.”
