“I have bought 2 items at different times, delivery was on time and fast. When I enquired beforehand the service was friendly but efficient. Recommend the slippers, I lived in mine all last year in lockdown and still going strong.”

“I bought a pair of the moccasin slippers. They were poorly finished around the cuff so I returned them and requested a replacement. I was astonished to receive an email saying that all slippers were finished in the same way and if I was disappointed with the finish, there was no point in sending me another pair!!!!! So much for customer service. I have had to buy a replacement.”

I'm sorry you were disappointed in the finish. What my colleague was trying to explain is that looking at the pair you returned, and the others in stock there was no difference in the finish experienced and we didnt want you to have to go through getting another pair and being disappointed a second time.

“This is the second pair of sheepskin booties that I have ordered for mum they are beautiful really light but practical with the good rubber sole and gorgeous thick sheepskin can’t fault them and will be ordering more slippers for Xmas xxx”
