“I purchased a pair of mules for my son's Christmas present. Always a struggle to find slippers in a men's size 6 and these were received quickly after ordering. However, the thick sheepskin inners of the slippers meant he needed a size bigger. The returns and exchange process couldn't be more simpler - no fuss and the new pair arrived promptly and fitted perfectly. Son loves his cosy slippers :-) and I'll be recommending this site to friends and family.”
