“Purchased slippers for a gift but was unsure if they would arrive in time for Xmas as the style was not available till Dec 15th. Kept my fingers crossed because the postal strikes were ongoing. Package arrived promptly and delighted with the slippers, they are warm and cosy and more importantly do not slip off when walking.”

“After a computer glitch and my order hadn't gone through their system , contacted customer service when the slippers hadn't arrived. The lady I spoke to immediately chased up the order and upgraded to next day delivery. As for the slippers my wife says they are probably the best she has every had.”

“Good company to deal with. I purchased from their own website as it was cheaper than going through their store on Amazon. My purchase was out of stock at the time I paid but they were despatched on the day they said they would be. They were sent out next day delivery but arrived a week later. This was not their fault, it was down to the Royal Mail strikes.”
