“I was delivered the incorrect parcel at first. Soon sorted it out and I returned it to them at no cost to me. Eventually correct parcel arrived and one pair of slippers fitted but had to return the other. Refunded no problem.”

“Very easy to order on line and the slippers arrived within a few days. Very happy with the style, quality and price but the sizing comes up a little small. My husband is normally a size 10 but I have to reorder them in a size 11.”
