I am still waiting for my gents sheepskin slippers which were ordered on 15th November. I was then informed on 1st December that another pair would be sent but nothing yet. Very disappointed

these were resent on the 1st, however looks like they weren't delivered until 10th December. I am sorry it took so long

goods quality not as described on online catalogue. it stated rubber soles but they’re plastic. returns procedure is proving distressing - too complex and as i have no printer or cellphone as at today not yet able to return. had to phone and ask for a label a week ago, still waiting for it.

I'm sorry you were not happy. All our sheepskin slippers have rubber soles on them. We do offer free returns which can be booked in online via Royal Mail. We also offer to post returns labels to anyone struggling with this process.

I am sorry to say that I am very disappointed. After less than two weeks use there is a hole in the front of the right shoe. I hope that you have got the photo! As you know there is often a slight difference in size of your feet. The left shoe felt a bit small the first days but then OK. But there was no problem at all with the right one before i recognized the hole yesterday. It must be a manufacturing defect. I can’t of course accept this. You must send me a new right shoe or the money I have payed! I have had similar shoes made in Sweden which lasted for more than 15 years but eventually the sole was worn out.

The actual quality of the slippers were very good however I can not say the same about the box they arrived in. As these were ordered as a gift I had to return them unfortunately.

Ordered a pair of sheepskin slippers on the +16th of dec have still not received them yet,rang them up and they said they would send another pair so far no show.

im sorry the first pair went missing. Looking at the tracking for the second pair, they were delivered the day after this review. If this isnt the case please let us know

I disputed the delivery charge which did not accord with the website offer, ie I was overcharged. The salesman refused to agree. The delivery was then overdue. Small amounts but large principal. Dd

Thank you for your feedback. When we spoke you thought we offered free next day delivery. We do offer free delivery and we offer next day delivery for an extra fee. After confirming this you purchased them and paid for the next day delivery.

I ordered a pair of slippers on the 5th of december. Untill this day still have not received the slippers. Have been in contact with customer service but still no slippers. Worst experience and do not recommend.

I ordered a size 7 of one pair and they were GIANT, returned those and ordered a six and they were TINY......now they have no size sevens of anything left.....no impressed...

Purchased some slippers off you and only after a few days the stitching started to fray so had to send them back bit dissatisfied as these cost me £41.

I’m sorry this has happened. It sounds like the stitching wasn’t finished off correctly causing the seam to come apart. Please do return them via our free returns and we’ll replace like for like

i was very disappointed with my sheeepskin rug it had dirty marks on back it was not normal marks sheepskin has ,i am sure it has been used so there for as far as i am concerned secondhand i will certainly not be using this item and will not be buying from sheepskin world again as i found you very unhelpful when you were contacted your attitude was it was natural markinga on skin ican assure you it is not it is dirt

Awful! Service was horrendous. Slippers came faulty. Was told it wasn't their problem it was down to the manufacturer (not my problem!?!?!) They responded to first email then I was ignored! Slippers were overpriced at nearly 16 pounds (for a small childs) including delivery. But I wanted to pay more as I thought I'd get good quality. Shame, cause I would have bought so much more from the website if their customer service was better.

I’m sorry, but this isn’t true. We responded to your email saying we’re sorry for the fault and that we would investigate the fault and feed this back to the manufacturer. We also sent a link to our free returns label so we could refund you.

very poor service. sent wrong size and although i sent back as a return using prepaid return label I still not have received my ordered item or heard from them in two weeks. very disappointed - seems a very poor service and a scam. no quality control or customer service- would not recommend on any account. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. I’ve lost over £42!!!

On My first experience ordering from sheepskin world I received the wrong colour & the wrong size of the pair is slippers I ordered, it is quite annoying that I now have to fine the time to return them, with the whole point of ordering on line it for the convenience.
