“Extremely Disappointed with Service and Communication I am a very disappointed customer after attempting to purchase a carpet for nearly £500 from this company. Despite their promise of worldwide shipping, my experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I placed an order on December 7th to be shipped to a European country. When the parcel was sent, the company failed to include essential contact information such as a phone number for the recipient. Due to this oversight, the parcel was returned and got lost during the process. Throughout this ordeal, I communicated with Beccy, who ignored my emails and provided no assistance. After two months of waiting, Beccy informed me that once the carpet was back in stock, it would be resent. However, when she finally received the returned carpet, she abruptly canceled my order without any explanation or apology and simply refunded my money. In an attempt to purchase the same carpet through Amazon, I encountered the same issue: my order was cancelled , and the money was sent back today —still with no apology or explanation. I understand that shipping issues can arise, but customer service is crucial in resolving such problems. Unfortunately, Beccy’s approach has severely tarnished my impression of this company. It’s not about the sale itself but how a company handles issues when they arise. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Miroslav”

“After buying slippers in various shops and not being satisfied. I turned to Sheepskin World about four years ago and have never been disappointed. I would definitely recommend people to this site but try to buy Sheepskin slippers in the summer when you don't really need them and then you will have the choice of sizes and styles you like. Well done keep up the good service.”

“I found the Sheepskin World website eye-catching and easy to navigate. Ordering was simple and straightforward and the item was delivered promptly and in plenty of time for Christmas. Unfortunately, my wife found the slippers very uncomfortable and so they had to be returned.”

“I bought the Michael men’s slippers. They are very nice quality and true to size. Unfortunately, a fault developed in the sole of one of the slippers; I contacted Sheepskin World about this and they got back to me very quickly. They resolved the issue by replacing the slippers. I was impressed by their customer service and the replacement slippers are excellent. I would definitely shop here again, and recommend them.”

“Product (earmuffs) turned out to be very helpful in the winter winds in the Borders coastal region, and especially inside old stone buildings that lacked heat! I came to refer to them as my secret weapon. Got off to a bit of a bad start when ordering online, due to year-end holidays, but Support was immediate and helpful in clarifying arrangements, which came through w/ the goods.”
