“I had a terrible experience with Sheds.co.uk. The customer service was poor from the start, and the installation process was appalling. I paid for full installation, only to be told that I had to lay the foundation myself , something I was not informed about beforehand. This shed was purchased for my elderly parents, making the situation even more stressful. It’s been two years, and the installer has repeatedly avoided coming out to complete the job. They’ve shown no good faith in resolving the issue and seem to resist any accountability. I would strongly advise against buying a shed from this company. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.”

“Shed was very poor quality. I do not recommend any one buy a shed from this website. Pieces of wood were wrong sized around the windows so there are gaps. Random nail sticking out of a piece. Wood splintering at the edges. The Apex pieces were way too long and I had to cut them myself. Very unsatisfactory. Will be requesting money back.”

“Scam company. Didn’t deliver the shed on the date stated. Asked for a refund for which I am still waiting. Communication is with another company which just fobs you off. Avoid at all costs. They’re crocks.”

“This item is advertised as having a lifting lid however it does not have one and it would require some major contortionism to store or access anything. Also, some of the boards are warped and don't provide a weatherproof fit. As of 28/11/24 this was still being advertised as having a lifting lid. I would suggest you buy from a supplier who can provide an accurate description of their product.”

“Shed has been erected for just over 12 months and we are already needing to replace it. The roof pitch is far too shallow so it is letting in substantial amount of egress water and ruining all the items stored within. Would not recommend anybody purchase this shed if they value their belongings.”

“Poor manufacturing quality, was sent out without the build kit and rude customer service when trying to arrange for delivery if missing parts. I wouldn’t recommend”

“I ordered 4 sheds all to be delivered on the same day as we are contractors working on a children’s nursery, the first shed 4 x 6 was delivered I have never seen a shed of such poor quality waste of money. The second shed 5 x 8 was then delivered later that day, very good quality but it had GLASS windows which I said on the order windowless. And know they are telling me the next two 3 x 2 are not being delivered until Monday 4th November which means I will have to send a team back over four hours one way to take delivery and install at my company’s cost. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I then managed to speak to a guy called Ben after waiting over 30 minutes on hold for him to say he would get back to me. Still no call back.”

“Slow to deliver and false advertising on delivery times. Very difficult, near impossible to get to speak to a person on the phone. Even when by phone is the chosen method of contact they ignore that an email.”

“Your customer service is absolutely horrendous. I have emailed twice to get someone to call me and clearly you just can’t be arsed now you have my money. It’s disgusting that I can’t get the instructions for ercetion from you and to discuss the actual delivery!!!!!”

“Ordered a side gate on the 16th of September and as of today 7th October we have had one email telling us that they would contact us last week that never happened and still no sign of a delivery!!!!!!!”

“I selected a delivery date and installation I paid on full to be told next day that I could t have a specific delivery date if I booked installation and if I am lucky they will contact me I the next 3 weeks to confirm both”

“Very poor quality , lots of damaged parts. Back and forth with the company. Was only offered a paultry 14% which is a joke. Replacing the shed wasn't an option as it had to be erected that day.And couldn't be taken down. When purchasing a product you don't expect it to be damaged.”

“Not recevied my order yet. I hope it is worth the wait. Waiting nearly 3 weeks already and after being on hold for at least 15 minutes on Fridaty was told it will be at least another 10 days before I am likely to receive it. Very dissapointing. If I can find an alternative I will cancel. This is a standard product. Cannot understand how it takes so very long to deliver.”

“Awful customer service Requested 4 calls backs. Only received one, did not reply to all the emails. Email responses up to 4 working days when they do reply. Shed was very poor quality. Massive gaps in the timber. Shiplap planels ended at different places. Door is warped and as are some panels. Won’t let me upload photos to show”

“Numerous issues with a shed I purchesed such as pannels had been assembled incorrectly, other pannels the wrong size, lots of holes, wrong screws sent, roof felt ripped and didn't come in stated delivery time. Would not recommend!”

“Shocking. My father in law, who is a pensioner, ordered a shed. They delivered the wrong one. He is unable to get them to collect the wrong one, deliver the correct one, or provide a refund. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. He is now more than £1000 out of pocket and looking to have to take them to a small claims court to get his money back.”
