“Numerous issues with a shed I purchesed such as pannels had been assembled incorrectly, other pannels the wrong size, lots of holes, wrong screws sent, roof felt ripped and didn't come in stated delivery time. Would not recommend!”

“Sheds .co.uk was true to there website. I wanted a shed delivered very very quickly. Most websites said they could delivery between five to ten days if in stock. Came across sheds.co.uk and the shed I liked could be delivered in two days . Perfect great so ordered it, very easy to do with a prompt e mail to confirm it. 24 hours after ordering I was informed the shed base would be delivered and it was. Then the most important phone call came my shed would be delivered between a said time the very next day 48 hours after I had ordered it. How great that the information on a web site was true to its word and I was informed the whole process through. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you.”

“8x6 garden bar/shed arrived well packaged on a pallet. Clear online instructions made the build pretty straight forward and 4 hours after delivery it was built and ready for paint. It looks exactly the same as the online pictures and is very solid and a great addition to our garden. Overall very happy with purchase.”

“Shocking. My father in law, who is a pensioner, ordered a shed. They delivered the wrong one. He is unable to get them to collect the wrong one, deliver the correct one, or provide a refund. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. He is now more than £1000 out of pocket and looking to have to take them to a small claims court to get his money back.”

“my new shed arrived today 15x7 pent roof. i was told i would get a phone call to arrange delivey. this never happend, the shed just turned up on a small lorry 2 big heavy pallets 350 kg each at least. with nobody there to take delivey. The driver had no way to unload them with some luke a local farmer was near by and help with loader to get them off the lorry. now they are 500m form where we wanted them due to their very poor comunications. i was very specific when i rang up to order the shed about delivey arrangment and was told they would ring to confirm. didnt happen. not ahappy customer, i just hope its a good shed once we finally get to put it up.”
