“I placed my order Number S-000289674 on January 4th 2023. I the intended site for the shed was a paved area completely level but I decided to make my own base- board to seat the shed with some space above the paved floor, this was to give a little more air space and hopefully help with the long term possibility of a damp problem. After contacting your help line a couple of times the very helpful young ladies provided me with the information I required regarding exact dimensions etc, and I constructed the base board accordingly. I received a message to confirm the shed delivery and assembly dates. The shed was delivered on the 19th January, at the time advised by you, It was unloaded very quickly and efficiently by a very helpful driver. On 23rd January the assembly team arrived at 7.00 am as advised by your message. They sprang to work and the shed was completely assembled and ready for my coating of preservative by 8.10, very impressive! From start to finish, I have been really impressed by the way this order has been handled and I have no qualms in recommending your company. The fact that I was able to speak with human beings and not virtual advisors was great. Too many companies are not aware how much business they miss out on by not emlploying real people in this ever growing virtual digital world. Well done SHEDS keep up the good work.”
