“Product is OK Delivery unacceptable - having been advised that the delivery would be down a narrow country lane and would need to be via a vehicle no larger than a Ford Transit, the shipper, after calling me and saying that he knew the area and the appropriate vehicle would be be used, sent an 18 tonne curtain sider truck which had to be met on the main highway by myself and the item dismantled and loaded onto my own vehicle Driver was great but dispatcher was a numpty IMHO!! Tim Bradwell”

“Everything was excellent from placing my order through your website which was easy to manoeuvre and where I could choose a delivery date to being kept informed of delivery which was on time and the person who delivered it friendly and efficient. The shed came with everything needed including nails and full instructions. It’s yet to be erected but have no doubts it will be fine. A good company to be recommended. Thanks 👍”

“my 6x8 Hartwood overlap pressure-treated Apex Shed has just arrived haven't built it as yet but on first inspection, I can't fault it looks good quality better than I was expecting and the delivery guys A+ they even carried the shed around the back of the house for me Well Done”

“We thought we would treat ourselves to a decent shed and pay a bit more for it...... Big mistake. Firstly they delivered the shed without the door panel or the door!!! So we had to wait a couple of weeks to remake those parts. In the meantime the parts already delivered started to bend like a punch of bananas because it was all made from fresh rather than weathered timber. It was an absolute nightmare to assemble. We had to ask neighbours to help push on the bent wood to straighten it while we screwed it together. The roof doesnt meet properly at the top and is the shape of waves! The door didnt fit.. We had to cut a cm off the side to get it to fit. They gave me a measly £10 compensation for not delivering all the parts in the first delivery (which i paid £70 for as i live in Cornwall).”

“Both sheds arrived on the same day, via different companies. One provided plenty of tracking information, the other just a single message about an hour before it turned up. Not a good feeling from a customer perspective. The cheaper of the two sheds was very poor quality, with cracked frame, broken floor and poorly nailed cladding. Wasn’t impressed with this one, but to their credit, Sheds.co.uk have agreed to replace each of the damaged panels.”
