“I am one of those people that look at 500 things before I will take the plunge and buy something. Doing my research and making sure I buy right the first time. I came to sheds.co.uk and had a couple of questions so sent the customer services team an email, which was replied to an hour later with a thorough answer and also a pdf of my concern explaining thoroughly what to do. I placed an order on Thursday around lunchtime and found the website very easy to use, and very clear about what I was buying. I received an email confirmation of the order almost immediately, followed by another email with full instructions for the shed install, and also base instructions (base was included free of charge - should have been £250). About 2 hours later I received a phone call letting me know my shed was being delivered on Friday, next day delivery which was free of charge. I could not be more impressed with sheds.co.uk everything has been smooth sailing from the order, the delivery through to the clearness of the instructions. The shed is of top quality and is clearly made of very good quality materials. I have already recommended sheds.co.uk to 2 of my friends and will recommend to anyone as I am delighted with the whole process and with what I have purchased.”

“I found the service was way above all other shed companies as I had to get Amazon to refund my 286.00 pounds as I had previously ordered a shed from a. Very not to good company who promised me my shed would be with me on the 18 of aurgust and up to date hasn’t been delivered hence the cancellation and on seeing your advertising of said sheds . Ordered paid for and a delivery date without any problems what so ever. Once again many thanks to sheds.co. Uk . If anyone needs a shed you know where to go …”

“Delivery was smooth and there were no missing parts. Ideally it would gave been good to have the shed parts delivered to the side door and back garden. The shed was fitted successfully by my builder. While he did remark the shed was of poor quality, I did point out this was to be expected for the price.”

“We are yet to finish building the shed and it seems fine but the delivery was terrible. We live on a new build site which still requires site access and for some reason the driver took it upon himself to offload the crate in the middle of the road and just leave it there. There was access right to the front of our property. My husband then had to move each individual bit on his own to clear the road as quickly as I could. Really very poor, unprofessional and caused a safety risk. I have taken pictures”

“Extremely happy with my 8 x 4 Holdsworth purchase The price including a base and delivery is incredible value. Delivery was very quick and the driver very helpful. As for the shed, great quality, all the fixtures provided, looks amazing and perfect for what I was looking for.”

“Looking for a garden building, Sheds.co.uk, easy to use web site, great prices and when I ordered came up with free delivery and was estimated at 10-14 days. She’d arrived within a couple of days, the tracking was faultless and the delivery document was clear and really good. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.”

“I placed an order for a shed accidentally the reverse apex instead of the apex. I contated sheds.co.uk the same day and 4 days later they have still not managed to change the order as promised and send me a confirmation email. Not the best customer service so far. Concerned about the installation service moving forward.”
