“8x6 garden bar/shed arrived well packaged on a pallet. Clear online instructions made the build pretty straight forward and 4 hours after delivery it was built and ready for paint. It looks exactly the same as the online pictures and is very solid and a great addition to our garden. Overall very happy with purchase.”

“Shocking. My father in law, who is a pensioner, ordered a shed. They delivered the wrong one. He is unable to get them to collect the wrong one, deliver the correct one, or provide a refund. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. He is now more than £1000 out of pocket and looking to have to take them to a small claims court to get his money back.”

“my new shed arrived today 15x7 pent roof. i was told i would get a phone call to arrange delivey. this never happend, the shed just turned up on a small lorry 2 big heavy pallets 350 kg each at least. with nobody there to take delivey. The driver had no way to unload them with some luke a local farmer was near by and help with loader to get them off the lorry. now they are 500m form where we wanted them due to their very poor comunications. i was very specific when i rang up to order the shed about delivey arrangment and was told they would ring to confirm. didnt happen. not ahappy customer, i just hope its a good shed once we finally get to put it up.”

“Buying my new cabin was easy and straightforward, the links and information is clear and it was very simple to navigate and configure my cabin requirements The only small negative was regarding the minimum base size required, it’s not obvious from the pictures or list of dimensions. I did get the information emailed in the end but had to chase it up, I have had to create and install a quick Jack system which meant creating a wood frame too, so this kind of information included in the description would be helpful”

“I found the ordering process extremely easy and the service from ordering and delivery of my shed straight forward, l was kept up to date throughout. The delivery driver was extremely friendly and professional. A credit to your company. I'm unable to send a photo as long am currently waiting for it to be assembled.”
