“The shed is great, easy to assemble as it’s flat-packed so not hacking away for hours. Being able to order the stain and base at the Sam time is very handy and free delivery on the day of my choice is great as well”

“Misleading or absent product information that you only find out from their suppliers after the purchase has been made. For instance, sheds.co.uk offer Probase as a suitable base and optional purchase with their sheds. Their supplier (Mercia) considers Probase problematic and say that they may require a disclaimer from the purchaser to waive the supplier's warranty. Although sheds.co.uk know this they don't mention it with their product information and positively encourage it by offering it as an option. That's basically dishonest.”

“The Web page was easy to navigate and broken into type and size of sheds. Filters enabled a quick way to reduce the extensive scope of sheds down to a selected type and size to ease the selection down to a manageable few. Great selection and price bands to meat your requirements. Then a simple and easy to use check out feature. Still to take delivery of my shed but the purchase and delivery information have been clear and easy to follow.”

“I’ve not received my item yet so I cannot review the quality. However, the ordering process was not the best experience. You’d expect delivery would be given at time of ordering. I had to wait for an email with a link which did not work. I then had to phone to arrange delivery. Even the conversation on the phone was not the easiest!”

“The website is pretty good & the photos are excellent. What is missing is an online calculator to work out how many bags of gravel I need to fill the overlap of ProBase around the shed. I've had to do some very difficult maths that will be beyond a lot of people 🤔”

“Poor communication. After the purchase, I have received confirmation email with someone else’s order details:name and order number, which indicates that template sent to me wasn’t checked over. Thankfully I have received text message with my correct details so I could book delivery slot. Swift delivery though and helpful driver!”
