“I recently ordered a shed then changed my mind and cancelled, wasn’t shaw what I wanted but with the help of the sales team was able to make a decision, the professionalism shown by them I think was outstanding, Im not always the easiest person to deal with because of my decision making, they were very helpful and my new shed is to be delivered early March and I have no doubt the the rest of the team will be just as praiseworthy. Very pleased, thankyou.”

“Excellent. Delivered on time and Paul the driver was extremely helpful unloading my shed some distance lorry into our garden. Instructions for assembly good aswell.”

“Fast delivery and good communication when I had questions. There are helpful videos on their website for help with the install which I found by chance when googling. Might be a good idea to put a QR code linking to the specific video on the paper instructions as these could be easily missed.”

“Company was pretty good. Website worked fine and quick delivery. The delivery was a bit poor though, man turns up alone and said he was going to leave it in the street. Not very helpful”

“I ordered a shed which was due within a week. I was surprised how quick it was going to be delivered. When I rang to check what time I was advised there was no log on the system but did agree from the information I provided illegally had logged the delivery. A call was made by a helpful member of staff to the manufacturers who said they had no record, despite me being given a choice of days etc. Now due to manufacturers I have to wait a month. Totally detttered me from ordering in the future”
