“Storage unit is great but delivery was shocking had an email on day or purchase but nothing else to advise when this would be. A Tuffnells delivery person seen walking down driveway on camera was only reason we knew this had been delivered.”

“easy to get into and fill in to order the shed that your wanting and explans all you need to know and the bonus i think if you get the write shed it states they can assemble it to so in my case this helps and is brillent to have”

“They never answer their telephone, tried to call them so many times and waited for ours with no luck at all. They never send me an email regarding the delivery only a confirmation about the purchase. Not sure what to do now? Maybe I will call my bank to get the money back. Very disappointed indeed.”

“Delivery went as planned other than that mis sold a very cheap product that looked nothing like the quality of the product of the picture. The Hartwood Pebt Tall garden store looked like sanded decent quality wood. It was in fact cheap feather board and vey soft and poorly milled metal work. Would be very wary of this company.”

“The site is slower to load than most, some might become inpatient and look elsewhere. When you try to expand the diagrams it often jumps to the next page, a bit annoying, nothing more. Tried to phone many times to amend the delivery date but was unable to get a reply, however email was answered promptly. Haven't received shed yet as agreed so can't comment on it. Thanks.”
