“My boyfriend David reached out to Sheds.co.uk via email on December 26th, 2022 to confirm if the shed we wanted to purchase was available for delivery within the time frame we required. Max Morris responded on the 28th and told us that it was not and then sent us a link to several alternatives that would fit our delivery criteria. We had several email exchanges with Max over the next several days and eventually ordered TWO sheds, not one! The fact that we were able to get timely answers to important questions from Max before purchasing, and this during the Christmas holidays whilst the competitors were essentially offline, was a key piece of our decision-making process. Special thanks goes to Kayla as well who took our call this morning (Jan. 02, 2023) and helped sort out delivery details. Though we are yet to actually receive our two orders, we have been most impressed with the high-quality customer service received from the team at Sheds.co.uk. Well done!”
