Not a happy customer! The shed was delivered yesterday damaged, what makes it worse is that the driver told us even before us seeing it! Why would you let it be delivered knowing that it’s Damaged….we’ve waited 3 weeks and now we will be waiting even longer.

Holt 13' x 6' Double Door Shiplap Pressure Treated Modular Pent Shed Felt panels were damaged on the interlocking side and all different lengths on the front and back, only the 6ft pieces on the side were to the correct length. Had to buy an extra panel in order to cut to the desired length and fill the gaps. Needed 14ft felt strips, as the instructions stated, x2 of 3 only 13ft 1" long, extremely tight fit. Roof panel frame beams different lengths, and struggled to secure them to the frames as the frame screws are in the same position underneath, meaning the screws won't go in unless on an angle. I'd recommend making the roof panels a complete frame on the underside, would be easier to secure the felt panels as the instructions claim. Perspex requires sealing, not provided so additional cost incurred. Instructions are based on a 7ft x 6ft instead of the one I purchased. Cosmetic issues like screws not fully home and engaged on frame sections and the door hinges, holes in the wood big enough to allow rain through on frame sections. Scratches on the door hinges. For all the faffing about I've had to do after paying over £1.2k, I'd have been better off making one from scratch. Seriously dissatisfied customer

Paid for a shed on 17th May 2023. Then received an email on 17th May to confirm my delivery booking for 24th June. Apparently I should have received communication from Shire, the manufacturer. I have received absolutely nothing! According to their notification email of 17th May I would receive a text message the day before delivery which is tomorrow and I have heard nothing! Also they state I can track my order on their site.......ermmmm how? Very, very disappointed in the lack of communication. I am prepared for my shed but as far as I am concerned, worried i have spent £324 on nothing!

A story of disappointment, communication failure and the delivery of a broken shed. I needed a shed reasonably quickly. I ordered a shed which was shown as being in stock with a 1 to 3-week delivery time. A few days after the order was placed the delivery schedule moved to 5 weeks. I contacted customer services twice by phone to ascertain if the change of delivery date affected my order. The staff promised to look into my enquiry, but after 2 calls failed to get back to me. After a further e mail I got a delivery date of 5 weeks. On the specified date the shed arrived, not from Sheds.co but from a different company altogether. Sheds.co didn't make this shed but simply ordered it from a third party. The delivery driver told me that the shed was broken. On the back of his truck, one of the side panels had been secured so tightly with a rachet strap that the panel had bent and the top frame bar and board had been ripped off. Whoever loaded the truck will have seen this happen as the rachet was right next to the damage. The driver offered to take it back, but having waited 5 weeks already I had no confidence when the shed would be replaced, or if the replacement would not arrive in the same damaged condition. I, therefore, accepted the damaged shed and repaired it myself. I subsequently asked for a goodwill refund, to cover the damage and inconvenience, but this was refused. So in conclusion, if I was looking for a shed, based on my experience I would look at the many other shed suppliers on the internet and not at Sheds.co.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.Checked all the dimensions on line & from staff as I had very limited space to put the shed in. Following delivery treated it twice, started constructing it with floor & sides put up .Unfortunately the width of roof was far too wide & wider than what I was told & on line so it wouldn’t fit!. Complained via several calls & emails putting all the options to them to complete shed but never answered several calls & emails. Very stressful & wasted time . Wendy Shepherd assured me a response but Their Customer service is non existent!!!!!. Now have to buy extra materials at my expense to finish it off!

Shed arrived plenty of time. Flimsy to put together. Now leaking after ronseal told to use protek after using still leaking. Unable to use due to puddling water and leaking wall panels. Customer service aren’t helpful in resolving problem.

Not very happy ..the shed I ordered on the 30/5/23 which you stated would be delivered in 5-7 days I have been notified this morning (after I contacted the supplier) that the shed will not even be picked up by the carrier until 14/6/23 and then it will take ANOTHER 7-10 days before it is delivered to my home !! I have phoned your help line twice today , and had no reply. So I cannot review the quality of the shed .

They never answer their telephone, tried to call them so many times and waited for ours with no luck at all. They never send me an email regarding the delivery only a confirmation about the purchase. Not sure what to do now? Maybe I will call my bank to get the money back. Very disappointed indeed.

Delivery went as planned other than that mis sold a very cheap product that looked nothing like the quality of the product of the picture. The Hartwood Pebt Tall garden store looked like sanded decent quality wood. It was in fact cheap feather board and vey soft and poorly milled metal work. Would be very wary of this company.

I ordered 4 double sleeper benches in mid May for delivery, on the 2nd June, to a holiday cottage,. The day before they were due to be delivered I contacted Sheds.co.uk to ask if they would be sending me a delivery time slot, i.e morning or afternoon would have been fine. The response I received stated that the benches would be collected by the courier on the 2nd and delivered within 3 days. This was rather worrying as I had driven 240 miles to be at the cottage to assemble the benches for our summer guests. I then telephoned and spoke to Max. He was very helpful and said he would check with the manufacturer to see what was happening with the order. He did as promised email me but with pretty much the same response as the first time. All I wanted to hear was that the benches would definitely be delivered on the 2nd June and not within a three day time span. I emailed again that night with a slightly stern message and then again the next morning. The response I received was ' here is the manufacturers number you can call them to see what is happening ' . I didn't realise I had suddenly become an employee of Sheds co.uk and was chasing up customer orders. In order to save time I did call the manufacturer and spoke to Jess, who was very helpful and confirmed the benches were with Tuffnells and would be delivered that day. In fact they were delivered within about 20 minutes of me speaking with her. The product is fine, very sturdy, a few rough edges and a couple of pieces were missing. I did ask Max to put me in touch with someone in the company I could 'speak' to about my query. Needless to say, as is the norm these days, no one will talk to you when they know you want to complain but just hide behind the email option. Why couldn't the phone call I made to the manufacturer have been made by someone at Sheds.co.uk to get the answer ' yes the benches are due to be delivered on the 2nd June as arranged.

Wrong size parts for the summer house and broken parts on first order. Second order week and half later re delivered. Started to put summer house together and wrong size roof part and door frame the wrong size. So now waiting to find out what's gonna happen. Always wanting us to measure everything. Would have thought they would have correct sizes and plans on system. Will never order from this company again.

Well this is disappointing. It has been 12 days and I have not received my purchase or any delivery dates or instructions. I have also had no replies or contact from the company via email and their offices appear to be ignoring all calls. Won't be buying from this site again.

The worst customer service I've ever received, mostly because there wasn't any customer service, I chased non-stop, I phoned regularly, they had my money they weren't interested in helping me with my order. Be aware if it says 'In Stock' it is not, it's built to order, where it states delivery days - it's also incorrect, my order said 'In Stock', '5-10 days', it has just arrived this morning, 1 month after ordering my in stock shed. Whilst the website is very easy to use, it is also very misleading, with the incorrect information on stock availability and delivery times, they also show an image of a delivery truck with their branding... I had DX Couriers, not even sure if they have their own delivery services. Yes, I got the result I wanted but only after I spent hours of my time repeatedly chasing for email updates (with no responses bar 1), many phone calls (with at least 15 minute wait time before answering, or just not answering at all), to finally having to waste more time going in to get the desired outcome. Absolutely unacceptable and I will not be recommending Sheds.co.uk to anyone. In summary, if you want to give a company your money and hear absolutely nothing from them, then shop with these, if however, you'd like to know what is happening with your order, then do not shop here because they do not care once they have your cash.

I ordered a Rowan 8x 8 corner sunhouse, so disappointed in the condition of the sun house,, gaps on panelling, chunk scraped out by window, doors too small, fo the price I was of expecting a better quality, very disappointed, have since e mailed the company on numerous occasions with no reply

While the selection is good, and the reviews of the website itself look promising. I don’t think it’s made explicitly clear that someone else will be supplying the sheds and that they may have terrible reviews. Had a major problem with my shed and waited a couple days to get a response from sheds.co.uk as they had to wait for a response from a third party as to the issue. Response was just copied and pasted from the third party which offered no reasonable resolution and Sheds.co.uk left it at that.

Disappointing service. I ordered a shed that was advertised as 5 - 10 days delivery, however 17 days later still no shed. I have had to chase up twice, and the only update I have is that it was dispatched to the courier on the 10th day and I should allow a further 10 working days for delivery which will be 24 days after I ordered. There isn't even an acknowledgement from them that this isn't within the 5 - 10 days delivery window advertised, and I have no contact details or tracking info from the courier. They should change the website to make it more clear if they think that 24 days is still on time. 5 - 10 days dispatch + 10 working days for delivery is what it should say.

. No one bot 1)a damaged shed was delivered (broken shed panel) and I pointed this out to the driver who noted on the delivery notes. 2) I informed Sheds.co.uk by telephone and online too. After informing Shed.co.uk about the damaged panel and calling on numerous occasions to follow up, nothing was done to see about repair or replacement. 3) No communication or updates was received. 4) I had to call the supplier to inform of damaged shed and was informed that this was not communicated to them by Sheds.co.uk 5) requested for a refund and arranged collection of damaged shed from Sheds.co.uk, it took a while to get my money back. I found myself chasing Sheds.co.uk to confirm that collected shed had been received. The worst after sakes service ever.
