“I am writing t this review before the due date for delivery of my garden shed but to this point Sheds.co have been outstanding in their device. Easy ordering online and the ability to customise your product at the point of ordering is a real plus. Friendly helpful staff who were happy to assist in any way they could. James was my main contact and I cannot say anything other than he was a huge help. I was kept up to date ate every step and helped through the entire process. If the finished product is anywhere near as good as the service I will be more than happy that I chose Sheds.co.uk.”

“Arrived ok but the delivery was a joke as the bloke couldn't get it out of his truck and he was just there himself. Had to help him dismantle the pallet and carry it out of the truck. Shed pretty poor quality.”

“Generally the website was good being clear and containing a good variety of sheds. It was disappointing however to choose a shed initially, go through the whole process of ordering only at the end to be told that that manufacturer did not deliver in my area. What a waste of my precious time!”

“We did not received the product we ordered, having called the number provided, no answer, very frustrating and no doubt a prolonged process while they hold our money and until we receive the summerhouse and not the shed they decided to send.”

“Significant pieces missing. Customer complaints system was very poor: had contact from at least four different people (lost count). We sourced, finished & replaced missing pieces. Company refunded cost. Seemed standard for them to send out what was ready and expect customers to add missing pieces. For an expensive item, we would have expected better service & quality control. Would not recommend.”

“Fantastic shop and competitive prices and if your buying with cash or card 5 stars but on finance it’s horrible the company they use is rubbish it keeps freezing out why they don’t use such a shambles of a company when they are good is beyond me”

“Just brought and erected my 7x7 Loxley shed two door as I wanted to use it as a summer house to having a window which is actually glass and not plastic we'll impressed with the quality and how easy to put up had a few bits missing which was promptly delivered great friendly service”
