“Fantastic service. Ordering and customer service was brilliant. My shed arrived well within the 7 Days specified. Just waiting for good weather over the Easter break to put up and paint. A big ask I think!! Will definitely use this company again”

“What a complete waste of money!!! ordered 6 x 3 garden bar as website said offered next day delivery! after getting a time from the couriers, I then had a phone call saying it would be another week as they couldn't offer next day delivery at all! Shed finally arrived, driver was brilliant and unloaded safely. Finally got round to build the shed (after painting the panels as being put in a corner) not a single panel has lined up, nor are straight! this would have been sent back immediately if i hadn't had to paint it before building! What an absolute rip off!!! horrendous quality!!!!”

“I purchased a Log Store in March 23. The service from ordering to delivery from Mercia garden products was excellent. I was able to track the delivery driver, whom on arrival was polite and helpful. The Log store itself came with easy to follow instructions, plenty of quality screws and brackets. The wood was of good quality and once erected was a sturdy finish and value for money. I would highly recommend this company to any new potential customers. Great service, good quality.”

“Ordering was quick and easy spoke to someone on the phone first who was very helpful. Not received product yet so can't comment on that. Now having received the shed the delivery was on time with a very helpful driver. Installed the shed with little issue and help from my 14 yr old grandson, my only issue is that the floor seems of poor quality and no doubt in time to come I will need to reboard the floor .”

“The website is extremely easy to use and there is a wide variety of sheds. I liked that when ordering you were given various options for customising with bases, shelving, paint and having it erected. Also you chose the exact date you would like it delivered. I ordered something by mistake and customer services were excellent at sorting it out. I wouldn’t hesitate to receive”

“The website itself is easy to use and not too cluttered. There is plenty of information to make an informed choice. The only drawback is the website is painfully slow loading the different pages. With my new mac it was slow, I gave up with the website using my mobile device.”
