“Really easier to compare the specifications of similar sheds on the website. Picked the one I was after very easily. Shed arrived within 3 working days and was straightforward to install. Can be easily built by 2 people. Me and my wife painted and installed the shed over the weekend and it looks great.”

“Excellent website - easy to search and order. I was able to book a delivery date at the order stage. Plenty of product info on the website. I ordered a coldframe - delivery was on time, coldframe was delivered in perfect condition with instructions.”

“Website is easy to navigate and delivery was super quick. Shame the guarantee is only a year because the shelter is not the best quality for what you pay for it and in the USA it comes with a 10 year guarantee.”

“Sheds were the best bit - through ordering to receiving summerhouse. It was a few weeks before my builders put it up and moaned about it constantly on how pieces didn’t fit together properly and the splits in the panels plus the doors don’t meet together! I should have stopped them building it and complained to the company then but I let them finish it then complained which was silly of me - should have done it sooner! Now it’s up we have to live with the issues. So if you have any niggles or problems please be sure to contact them straight away!”

“I am very impressed with the customer care and serve. I accidentally managed to order 2 sheds...clearly I didn't need two sheds. I contacted the company and within an hour they had confirmed the second order was cancelled. I was informed that it would take between 3-5 days for the money to be back in my account...48 hours later all sorted. I am waiting for the delivery now and will write another review...am looking forward to it! Highly recommend”

“Great shed but service could be better. Instructions difficult to follow and miss some things out. Was confused about block of wood nailed to parts of frame with no reference in instructions. When realising I needed to remove these I also removed some blocks that were required for roof mounting by mistake. Was charged for delivery even though in England even after querying so be careful with that. Knew date of delivery well in advance but didnt get updated on time the day before as promised. Tracked on the app on the day but originally said 8-9 delivery then changed to 12-13 then back to 10-11. Was great for tracking but no use at all to plan the day.”
