“We purchased this greenhouse and were very happy with delivery and the support given by Becca in the office. Delivery was quicker tah other makes we looked at. The assembly was more challenging than expected, though. Nuts and bolts were fiddly even for an aircraft mechanic and a couple of tracks were not smooth runnning. Written instructions to support the diagrams would have helped in some cases. The addition of 2 extensions made choices of holes more tricky at some points. However the end product is very satisfactory, made more rigid by the addition of silicone. The securing holes on base frame also needed siliconing to avoid run-off of rain water into the house. It has been admired for looks and we are looking forward to some good results.”

“Not the best quality, ie chip board for base and roof, side panels very flimsy, if had viewed before purchase, I would have not picked. Instructions mixed up, now easy enough to follow in right order. Would be better with 2 people to initially fix, as I was expecting pre drilled holes for bolts, not just screws. Hope to find right tools and construct tomorrow, can't tighten by hand. Delivery good, and kept up to date with times.”

“Easy to order the shed and summer house & looking forward to them arriving in September.however when I phoned up for advice on the shed the caller handler was helpful but I couldn’t order but had to do if online instead, when the website stated this could be done”

“Bought a shed. It was delivered at the time i was told it would be. Building it was pretty easy and i'm pretty awful at DIY. Pretty sure i could do it better if i did it again. Its a good shed for the price and i;m very happy with it”

“Shed arrived on the day agreed. Absolutely chuffed to bits with how easy it went together. In the process of having all electrics fitted and tongue and groove walls (to hide the wires).
