“Instructions contain poor English. I was sent various packs of screws however the instructions don't indicate to use certain one at all. Some panels have poor craftsmanship. Wouldn't buy from here again”

“Ordering and delivery went ad described, so pretty good. Unfortunately when I started to unpack the summerhouse whoever packed it sadly overdosed on packing screws and drilled them home so deep the ends of the screws were burred and unable to be removed. The net rest is it probably took longer to unpack the item than actually erect it !!!!!! 8”

“Delivery man was on his own so couldn't take shed through to garden - he told me the floor which is a kind of hardboard has to be painted on the back. No felt adhesive. Also it was advertised as having assembly included but after a few emails and phonecalls from me I was told that this was not available - am waiting for refund.”

“Delivery driver left the shed at the side of my house late in yhe evening g without ringing doorbell after stating Delivery would be between 1.30 pm and 3 .30pm. I wouldn't have known it was there unless a neighbour had told me. As a single female I had to ring my parent to help me move it into the garden at 8pm as it was so heavy. Felt so thin for the roof it ripped as It was unrolled and I had to buy a stronger felt at my own expense. Instructions not very clear either .”

“The web site is very slow and does not explain fully why I was unable to book a delivery date. I had to phone customer services and was then told to go back into the web site the next day. The order system was also not 100% and I had to go back in and out before completing the order.”

“Shed itself was okay, took a day to assemble and had to trim some parts as they were too large. The felt however was abysmal. As soon as trying to put over the roof it just tore and was really poor quality. Had to go to BnQ and buy a better quality felt for £50.00 which is the last thing you want to do after spending over £600.00 on a shed.”

“Good response to initial enquiries: rapid and helpful. Less impressed with process of arranging delivery; the delivery company seemed not to know who we had bought the shed from and I consequently received several dubious emails referring to other companies. Tricky to know if they were scams out not.”

“Easy to navigate website to find what I was looking for. Disappointed that delivery charges are SO HIGH!!! and not mentioned until the end of the buying process. Had difficulty getting a delivery date as site kept crashing. Awaiting delivery so cannot comment on quality of product”

“Very prompt and efficient delivery of product. More care needed when packaging the shed sections for delivery. Mine was missing all the screws, felt nails etc, Luckily I had all these items at home”

“Haven't received it yet as website would accept my order number rang customer services 3 times no reply emailed asking if someone could ring me they did within 2hrs - I asked if it could be taken through back gate into garden no it's kerbside delivery only - I live in a news style terraced house and I'm 74 so my son will have to have time off to move it as it would be a risk to people if propped outside - no weekend deliveries”

“I was a little shocked on how flimsy the shed was and one of the sides looked like Swiss cheese as there were so many knot holes. I think it was made on a late Friday afternoon. It was easy to order and plan the delivery which was not a problem. Also it was cheap so you gets what you pay for.”

“Normal construction the doorway is quite low and needs to be higher as I kept hitting my head,I have now modified the doorway by cutting the cross member and made the doors higher”

“It was not made clear that delivery and assembly would be done on different days. Also, it is not clear if I will have to paint the shed myself. I was not told that the paint would be delivered separately from everything else. I assumed that the email from Parcelforce telling me that my parcel would be delivered on a certain day was a scam until I received the automated voice message on my landline.”

“Delivery on time. However, on construction poor quality components became obvious. Cladding panels had split. Doors don’t fit, trim panels don’t fit without first removing previously fitted roof felt and making adjustments. Some instructions don’t match the product. Poor quality hinges and hasp.”
