“The people I dealt with on email were very good, polite and helpful! The delivery man did all the lifting and was polite. But very disappointed with the quality of the shed.. it’s made from fence panels, I appreciate it was the value shed (which it didn’t specify before I purchased it!) Let’s see how long it lasts.”

“Far too early to ask for a review. However good telephone contact with a pre order query. Not recieved the item yet and when e- mailed to use a link to book a delivery my reference was not found hence only 2 stars at yhis stage. Waiting post weekend to ring. Perhaps request a review post delivery?”

“Unfortunately, while I normally like to give a positive review, in this case, I really can't, but I'll try and be objective. I purchased a 5x8 pent shed, along with a base kit. The first thing to note is that the order was fulfilled by Probase for the base, and the shed by Totalsheds. So in my case Sheds.co.uk are just a middleman, I have no idea of the companies above are linked or not. Positives: - Quick delivery - Pretty affordable price - No issues with the base kit OK, so the downsides, basically the shed is very poorly constructed, the workmanship is awful & feels like it was built by someone who just didn't care at all. I've attached photos of some of the worst bits, but basically: - The panels are all slightly different sizes and therefore do not line up correctly - Many of the panels have warped, so even if you align them top and bottom, they don't line up in the middle - The featherboards are not put on consistently, so they don't line up between panels, this is on a perfectly flat base, so its not a floor issue they've just been carelessly assembled. And you can even see in the photos how the panels are different heights when sat on the same piece of base - Because of this you have to spend hours getting the walls and base to look 'about right', when really they should just be right. - The featherboards are not cut consistently at the end of the panel, in most case this is covered by a trim piece, but it's visible in places. - The roof pieces don't sit correctly, again because the featherboards have been placed in the wrong position they sit too high. In my case, I had to trim it down, but it's still not right. - Because of all this the roof has a gap, in places as much as nearly 1cm, but short of rebuilding all the panels, there's not much to do about it. It's covered by felt, so it won't leak. But again, poor workmanship. - And finally, the cover boards provided to go around the edge of the roof are just plain old feather boards, which means it looks daft as it has a tongue and groove on it, it should be plain old rectangular section. (Indeed the manual shows it as that, so maybe they sent me the wrong stuff) Now it's a cheap shed, so I'm not expecting it to be the best materials, the most expensive parts etc. But it should fit together properly and what should have been a pleasant day building it has turned into a couple of days trying to make it look 'OK'. Based on this experience I can't really recommend this shed, you'd be better off building your own or at least paying for it to built, so someone else has to worry about it.”

“Product is OK Delivery unacceptable - having been advised that the delivery would be down a narrow country lane and would need to be via a vehicle no larger than a Ford Transit, the shipper, after calling me and saying that he knew the area and the appropriate vehicle would be be used, sent an 18 tonne curtain sider truck which had to be met on the main highway by myself and the item dismantled and loaded onto my own vehicle Driver was great but dispatcher was a numpty IMHO!! “We thought we would treat ourselves to a decent shed and pay a bit more for it...... Big mistake. Firstly they delivered the shed without the door panel or the door!!! So we had to wait a couple of weeks to remake those parts. In the meantime the parts already delivered started to bend like a punch of bananas because it was all made from fresh rather than weathered timber. It was an absolute nightmare to assemble. We had to ask neighbours to help push on the bent wood to straighten it while we screwed it together. The roof doesnt meet properly at the top and is the shape of waves! The door didnt fit.. We had to cut a cm off the side to get it to fit. They gave me a measly £10 compensation for not delivering all the parts in the first delivery (which i paid £70 for as i live in Cornwall).”

“Not impressed, you were £30 more expensive than another rival but i chose you as your delivery date was a week before them but once i paid i get an email to tell me it could be delayed!”

“Granted the service was good and the shed arrived quickly and on the day it was meant to but the shed was just so badly and cheaply made as well as broken on arrival I'm extremely disappointed in what I got for the money I paid for it.”

“Arrived ok but the delivery was a joke as the bloke couldn't get it out of his truck and he was just there himself. Had to help him dismantle the pallet and carry it out of the truck. Shed pretty poor quality.”

“Significant pieces missing. Customer complaints system was very poor: had contact from at least four different people (lost count). We sourced, finished & replaced missing pieces. Company refunded cost. Seemed standard for them to send out what was ready and expect customers to add missing pieces. For an expensive item, we would have expected better service & quality control. Would not recommend.”

“Order was left at the end of the alley, told by the driver I'll need a hammer. Took nearly 2 hours for me to get the supports off which had been nailed in (very overkill) and to carry each piece myself to our house. Added to this, pieces are damaged on the corners and there are no instructions - just a plastic bag filled with various nails and screws. The wood itself seems very sturdy, but a shame such a horrible delivery service, damage and lack of instructions.”

“Brought the Adley 10x16 shed, wow terrible! broken panels (had to wait 10 days for new panels) felt with holes in, missing fixtures and fittings. The shed floor has too many small panels and is a awful quality. Would not recommend.”

“Beware of dealing with this company, although the items they sell are of good quality if anything goes wrong, or there is a fault with the item they do not want to know. Their customer service is appalling, they acknowledged my query quickly but no further help from them dispite several calls to them. They kept promising to resolve my problem but nothing happened. Would not buy from them again even with 50% discount.”
