“i havent recieved my shed yet”

“The shed was delivered in pieces without Any Packages . The delivery was unprofessional just eager to get Signatures without any customer service or listening to us where we wanted. Moreover, after delivery received, they came back to delivery few more pieces. This was my 2nd order, but this will be the LAST. No protective plastic or cardboard box. Maybe it's Customer Returned Product that shoved to us. Missing parts.”

“I ordered a garden furniture set for our last garden party of the season. It was supposed to be a 2-10 days delivery. I haven't had any communication from Sheds since the order confirmation on the day, despite sending several order update requests through the website and several emails to them to ask when I can expect delivery. I have tried to call customer services and have waited an hour on hold to try to get through to someone, till now we still haven't managed to get through. I have no idea if we will even receive it.”

“Ok, pretty poor on date for delivery. 2 stars But the company that delivered 4 stars . The shed its self. Quality 3 stars Instructions for shed 0 stars .. what a total shower ,a generic list of instructions ..total waste of time , next time I would buy from B and Q… Overall… avoid … ( it wouldn’t actually take much to provide instructions for each shed , )”

“Terrible experience. You're dealing with multiple partners which is incredibly frustrating. Shed was delivered to my neighbour and a part was broken. They never properly apologised for the issues and the refund offered was less than the cost of repair. Stay well clear, plenty of other shed companies that offer excellent service, this company doesn't care.”

“I payed £614 for the shed i bought from you .I am very disappointed in it it is very flimsy when it was finished there was a gap at the top of the doors and a gap at the bottom has well i paid so one who puts sheds up no cowboys .I would not recommend your business to anyone yours faithfully .Julie Espley”

“Delivery experience terrible. Given a 12 slot so had to cancel everything else that day. Then only informed an hour before that delivery would before 9am. Driver was rude and unhelpful. Wouldn't carry shed to rear of property and just dumped it in front of my front door. I live alone and the pieces are too heavy for me to lift alone so now I have a load of wood just sat at the front of my property which anybody can steal. I would have happily paid for delivery to have had a decent service. I won't order from sheds.co.uk again.”

“Awful company with sun-standard products. Customer service is non-existent, had to contact parent company who weren’t able to resolve my issue. Not a great experience unfortunately. My door were water water damaged but apparently this is “common”. Supplier advised application of wood treatment that I applied twice, which made no difference.”

“Do not shop with this company if you expect to get follow up service when there is an issue. I received my tool shed with a twisted/cupped door, when shut the bottom of the door is not flush and there is a gap so water will get in. I contacted them using the part of the website meant for reporting issues with pics of the door and all they did was send out the turn buckles which are to secure the other door and was not the issue at all, I continued to contact them letting them know that these are for the other door and I heard nothing back, nothing. Awful service. The after care part of the website was what swung my decision to shop with them but I’d steer well clear or just hope that your product arrives without any issues.”

“Having ordered a shed with a 7 day delivery, we were given a date of 3 weeks as the earliest date. We have tried to phone the company but are just put on hold. We have emailed and nothing has come back. So I would recommend you avoid this company as customer service is nil, they don't answer the phones or email. Not sure if we will ever receive our shed, or our money. A very depressing experience.”

“Total Joke Customer service guy major attitude problem Order placed and paid for Delivery date chosen No shed on aspected date . No communication from company just Order confirmation Phone up after waiting in . Try to get through after ringing 25 plus times . And just constantly getting voice mail message . Finally get through to speak to someone to be greeted with major attitude , then get told to phone transport factory who when speak to nice lady tells me no order has been sent to them Phone back sheds .come.uk after another 20 times finally get back through to same customer service person again major attitude problem Complete total lack of customer support just attitude and sarcasm.”

“I doubt that I will win any prizes for posting a negative review, but I am being completely honest. I took delivery of a "Holt 10' x 8' Pent shiplap" shed today. It was delivered on a pallet and wrapped in thick polythene for protection. No damage was obvious at this point. After unwrapping and removing dozens of wood screws holding the package together, I transferred all the parts into my garden to check them out. The parts list is extremely confusing, and the assembly manual was missing, despite being signed off on the list. A manual was emailed to me later, but only the first page - useless! There were also several parts listed that were missing - many "Felt strips", and also the roofing felt was insufficient for the size of the shed. Now, on to the quality of the wood. It was probably the cheapest selection of material available to build the shed. Full of knot holes, many of which left holes through the cladding/ It looked as if the person making up these panels did not care how bad they looked, but just banged them together and shipped them out regardless. It certainly looks nothing like the pictures on the website. I have requested the entire package to be collected.”

“I would love to write a review on the shed I bought from you guys however the thing is still to turn up. The courier company you use are next to useless, wait days for a delivery date then get an e-mail Friday lunch time to say it's been dispatched, so I wait home all afternoon and nothing turns up. No correspondence to say what's happening and when will I get my delivery. Will be happy to give a review if the shed ever turns up.”
