“The queries I had were answered quickly and personally by a member of staff. My base is already here, clear and alternative delivery options given if not convenient. My shed is not here for a week or two, but having that customer service I am sure if there ARE any problems they will be dealt with the same way. I am not anticipating any problems though! The website was clear with no hidden costs.”

“We haven’t built or painted the shed yet but the free base (normally £150) made this a great purchase and whilst I couldn’t track the delivery, the customer service dept advised by return when the shed was going to be delivered- it was delivered on time - great service!!”

“Not delivered yet but the order process was easy and we found just the shed we wanted - excellent selection. The delivery is also quick - ordered Friday and delivery scheduled for the coming Wednesday so that’s good for a large item. So far so good - but look forward to getting and setting up the new shed.”

“Good, easy to follow website with instructions on shed care so you know what to do once the shed has been delivered. Delivery time is only 2 weeks so that's a bonus. We can't review the shed as it's not with us yet but having read some very good reviews we were happy to buy.”

“One of the shed doors has a large gap between two of the shiplap panels on delivery. Shire tried to tell me it was because I hadn't treated it even though a) it was delivered like that and built only a couple of days after delivery, and b) it is supposed to be pressure treated. Currently trying to convince Shire to send me a replacement door. Very poor.”
