“We purchased the Rowlinson Playaway House for our grandchildren for Christmas. From the time the order was placed we were kept informed, step-by-step of the process, with the order arriving only five days later. Unfortunately, one piece of the house was damaged on arrival, this was replaced very promptly without any problem. All the people we have been in contact with either by telephone, by email or by delivery have given first-class service. Thank you to you all and we look forward to many happy days watching our grandchildren play in the house.”

“Great prices and products, but ao far finding it very difficult to organise the instalation service. Need to send pictures of proof of parking. Proof of base for the shed and proof of access to the garden. I feel this is slightly overkill. Hopefully we can agree I have a suitable garden for this shed soon with out too many more photos. You can check on Google maps if you don't believe me sheds.com!”

“Ordered a 6x8 pent premium shed delivered bang on time. I managed to assemble the shed by myself (although i would not recommend) it states 2 man job and it is. Let down by my help. So no choice (i am 70years old). Shed is very good quality instructions are clear. Looks a treat.i also purchased the timber base good quality as well. Would recommend to any one. The delivery drivery was excellent. 10 out of 10 all round”

“So far so very good. the shed was very well-priced, I checked dozens of other companies. Most did not do the size I wanted, I guess it's non-standard. but the ones that did were up to £300 more expensive. The website was very easy to use, unlike some of the other competitors that seem to have adopted the same very complicated user interface. The delivery date is tomorrow. I am expecting a text message to give me a 2hr window first thing in the morning. I have been in contact with Sheds.co.uk customer service twice so far, they picked up the call quickly and answered my questions very efficiently. I will add more on quality and delivery when it happens.”

“Ordering is easy and the shed was delivered on the right day.. i had a text from the delivery driver (Andy) to give an arrival time, he duly turned up at the allotted time, he was friendly and professional. i would certainly buy from Sheds.co.uk again and would highly recommend to friends. we bought our log store on recommendation from a friend. 5**** Thank you.”
