“have bought 2sheds one a metal one that is a little dificult to follow the instructions as they are for several different sheds ,but once built is good , the second is timber and much easier to build,and is allso very good once built , and prices are very comptetive”

“Bought what looks a fantastic shed with free delivery. Still due to be delivered but was given a date straight away and also an update email. “Ordered a wooden shed from you on a Monday and it was delivered efficiently on the following Wednesday afternoon, with the driver keeping us up to date with the progress of our delivery time. All was as described, along with clear instructions and spare screws. Quality of the product was fine. Thanks. Satisfied customer in East Sussex”

“What can I say, they are not the best in the world, thats reflected in the price, they are prfectly good for most people, what I can say is I didnt expect this much for the price, these sheds are very good value, delivery thrown in, every thing as stated in the website, I am very plesantly suprised with my purchase, I can and will recomend them to others, cant fault the service and the web site is easy to use, acually they could teach a few others how to set up a web site.”

“Awful customer service Requested 4 calls backs. Only received one, did not reply to all the emails. Email responses up to 4 working days when they do reply. Shed was very poor quality. Massive gaps in the timber. Shiplap planels ended at different places. Door is warped and as are some panels. Won’t let me upload photos to show”

“The communication was great from the purchase being placed. We ordered a log store. The delivery was swift and I was able to check the location of the delivery at any time. The delivery person called me when he had arrived and was helpful and did his job well, taking photos to support his delivery. The log store was exactly what I had expected and very straightforward to assembly. We are very pleased with our purchase- Thank you.”

“Easy enough to use, found what I wanted easily enough. BUT....immediately after purchasing, I found the exact same item for £70 less. I went to the "Price Match" area on the website but it said, "We're not offering price match at the moment". Which was disappointing.....take this bit off the website if you're not offering it.”

“Website relatively easy to navigate and split into product type sections to enable the buyer to identify the options available. Due to the current sale, the demand for sheds is very high and they are very busy. Trying to contact them by phone is difficult so ordering by their website is an easier option. Sale prices are good.”
