“My experience on your website was very good. I ordered the summer house and it took me no time to reach the payment section. I chose to pay on HP. I was then transferred over to the company you use for this sort of thing and that was when I hit a brick wall. The company you use is terrible. I see that other reviews on your website have experience the same "brick wall" as me. I have now had to purchase my summer house with another retailer. Please for your own sake and your business go with another company as in today's climate you cannot afford to throw away custom.”

“Power 4x6 bike shed Would have liked to see some evidence of FSC certified wood, and that it is, as advertised, from Scandinavia. Just a few loose nails holding shiplap to frame, but no big deal. About 20% of the long screws are in fact bent: low quality accessories like this do cast a shadow regarding overall quality. And the cross-tops of the screws are badly machined, such that the PZ2 screw bit for which they re designed do not always fit well. I assume 'made in China'. Pity. Decent screws, of the type that make their own pilot hole, would have been preferred for this otherwise reasonable quality product. Supply decent screws and charge a £5 more would be the logic. And the 3mm drill bit supplied lasted ... for just 2 gives, then it snapped. Again, poor quality. It's these little things which disappoint and irritate. One piece of the base was warped and this should have been seen in quality control. There was quality control, I presume? Overall, clearly better than the cheaper basic versions of bike sheds on the market, but well, could do better!”

“Ordered online my shed and selected delivery date. Order did not arrive and after speaking to customer service there had been an error at some point between Shed.co.uk and supplier order had not been processed. After several emails and telephone calls the matter has been resolved best as it can be. I await my hut delivery hopefully without any other issues. Customer service is very good as they pulled out all the stops to fix the problem. Will review the hut once I have it.”

“I have to say this is one of the best if not the best and most efficient on line companies I have ever dealt with I ordered my garden 6 seater dining set and within 3 days it was delivered very impressive. I had a damaged chair I sent an email and pictures and explanation and within a few hours I had a reply from Naomi saying a new replacement chair would be arriving the next day can’t fault customer services. A great company very polite staff and super efficient. All staff should be complimented by their bosses. Well done”
