“The price is good and hopefully when I receive the product, I won’t be disappointed. However, since placing the order I have had confirmation of the order and then this request for a review. I have not had any other communication about delivery or when to expect to see the product. I could not choose a delivery day at the point of ordering either which is a nightmare for working humans! Although, I feel I might have read that I would be contacted regarding delivery-‘not so! I had an email in the early hours of yesterday morning from a pallet company telling me it would be deliver today ( no choice) I tried ringing - no answer, emailed - no response. The tracking suggests any time before 5pm but it’s now 4pm and tracking says it’s still in the depot - no further communication. A complete waste of a day, couldn’t even take the dog for a pee in case I missed the buzzer. Very poor communication and hopeless delivery system. No excuse for either. Boy, I really hope the item is decent!!!”

“Delivery efficient and on time with no missing parts and quality good at a reasonable price. Too many different sizes of screw - 25mm/30mm/45mm/50mm/70mm - and in unlabelled bags. With a bit more care in design, I'm sure this could have been reduced to, say, 3 screw sizes. And labelling the bags would have made assembly a little easier. The biggest problem was the recommendation of a 2 mm drill bit for ALL holes to be drilled. 2 mm is right for a pilot hole but too small for a clearance hole which needs a 4 mm drill bit. Fortunately, I have plenty of drill bits of different sizes but anybody relying on just a 2 mm drill bit will struggle to assemble. We will need to replace another shed next year and will probably buy again from sheds.co.uk”
