“The 2ft, 3ft and 4ft panels were all a slightly different height. However instructions were clear and delivery was on time!”

“This is my first time ever having to purchase a shed. I actually needed to buy two sheds for a tenanted property so I thought I would ring through my order and see if I could get a further discount and also arrange a delivery date. Well, silly me!! The number that is plastered all over the website is not answered. I hung on for eleven minutes before being cut off. Ok, fine, so emailed. In email I was assured that once I had made my order online, I could pick a delivery date. Very, very wrong!!!! No communication came my way, no opportunity to pick a delivery date and then my tenant had a surprise when a 'delivery' rolled up. No paperwork, no nothing. So what has been delivered, who knows? Lets see if we get any response from further email to the wonderful customer service team and whether I get £300 for my honest review.”

“Shed itself was okay, took a day to assemble and had to trim some parts as they were too large. The felt however was abysmal. As soon as trying to put over the roof it just tore and was really poor quality. Had to go to BnQ and buy a better quality felt for £50.00 which is the last thing you want to do after spending over £600.00 on a shed.”

“The website is clear and very straightforward to navigate. Quick confirmation of order etc supplied. As yet no delivery date given but site made it clear there was a three week wait....so we knew approximately what to aim for.”

“I'm so pleased to have used sheds.co.uk for my purchase, this was such a easy site to find on the Internet and easy to navigate round , they had everything in stock and free postage on my item were other sites wanted high postage costs, delivery came 4 days earlier than quoted as well, looking for a shed for my next project..... guess we're I'm looking 10/10”

“So far the service has been very good but we are yet to receive the shed (which is due at the end of this month) so will review the service then with more accuracy. Having received the shed we have had no contact regarding the assembly of it I have emailed several times and phoned but no one is getting back to me, very poor service would not recommend this company.”

“Ordered a shed which had a 7 day delivery option. Got confirmation of the order immediately then nothing. After 7 days of nothing I sent message via website, nothing for 3 more days. Tried again nothing, phoned up on line 20 mins no answer. Sent an email to parent company helpdesk just got sent a link to a different companies website to arrange delivery. This site then failed, phoned their helpdesk, they said they would call me back when they worked out why, they never did. Tried again a day later and managed to arrange delivery for a weeks time.”

“Went to see the Adderbury summerhouse at Stratford upon Avon and was pleased with the quality. The product delivered was much better quality and exceeded my expectations by far. The salesman was non-pushy, friendly and helpful. The delivery driver was also very friendly and even helped by putting the delivery into an outbuilding. Would definitely recommend this company.”
