“Amazing website so many options Easy to buy and arrange delivery came when it was supposed to driver was great. Greenhouse was easy to assemble and looks great not it’s up. If I had more space would be looking at another!!”

“This shed is very poor quality its not cut straight. The worst shed purchased we would have be better off making our own. We did ring to complain no answer!”

“Easy to navigate, great descriptions, simple sizings. The customise section at the end is really good and very easy to use. Overall it's well thought out and very user friendly. There are also some excellent deals that come up from time to time so recommend you keep popping back to make sure you spot them!”

“We wanted a garden storage shed 6ft by 2ft 6". It wasn't that easy to find it on the website. In fact, one employee told us it wasn't available! Once we had decided on the product, the ordering was easy and without problems, and the delivery date was easy to choose. The response to phone calls was quite slow and we had to ring several times. I haven't received the shed yet so I can't tell you about the delivery or the product. I can do, after the planned delivery date.”

“I was asked AGAIN to do a review BEFORE the shed is delivered. What is the point? What can I say? The website is excellent and I am hoping that Log Cabin will be too. You should give your IT team a big bottle of champagne, but tell them to change sending e-mails prompting customers to review your product well after it was despatched. Something like 6 weeks after delivery. MAX the sales executive is brilliant at answering my questions. That's all I can say at the moment. Every time you will ask me to do a review before delivery you will get ONE star.”

“I haven't received my summer house yet,but I recently visited your show houses in Stratford on Avon before buying, I cannot praise the attention we received enough. Great information and advice and we were made to feel very welcome and that our custom really mattered. So much so that I didn't hesitate to order. This kind of service is so sadly lacking these days would certainly recommend this company to anyone. J morris”

“detailed instructions, the floor was wonky so we couldn't fit it together very well. definitely, a three person job assembling the shed. supplied with way too many screws- loads left over!”
