“The website is pretty good & the photos are excellent. What is missing is an online calculator to work out how many bags of gravel I need to fill the overlap of ProBase around the shed. I've had to do some very difficult maths that will be beyond a lot of people 🤔”

“Our shed has not arrived yet so I can't say much but we live in hope! One thing did make us VERY cross. We checked on the delivery price and discovered it was free. Excellent,we thought......till the final bill came up and we discovered that if you live in Scotland, it is £70!!! I'm sure there are places much further away than Edinburgh, in the south west of England.we are still meant to be a United Kingdom but obviously if you can make extra money from the Scots...so be it. Yours angrily”

“Supposed to be 1-2 working days for delivery... Still haven't got any tracking information from couriers regarding delivery date etc after ordering a shed last week... Very poor service with virtually no follow up information from couriers.”

“Initial Comms fantastic. James Letterese especially helpful. Post comms not so good, issues with shed base being incorrect size, missing screws, poor instructions all ignored.”

“A friendly reception. However when busy the lack of patience and customer care faltered. Better to spend the time necessary with a customer. Not everyone understands thcomputer systems and how it works.”

“I found the shopping experience fairly easy, google found the product I wanted but when looking for it on the website it was a bit more difficult, it was however easy to spend the money and contact about delivery was good”

“Some of the finishes are poor, but overall the building seems to be sound. The instructions are somewhat lacking in some areas. The wrong screws were in the packaging. The protective bits of wood were very difficult to remove, we avoided damaged by cutting some of the nails with a Dremel.”

“unfortunately the price displayed on the wider 'Sheds' ad, through a partner site, was £30 different to the price that was linked to the first site - which stated that Sheds were a partner company - I phoned your enquiry line but was told the price was what it was - very disappointing, esspecially as your site stated that it was January sale time - so the discount price had disappeared, even though my enquiry was on 31 January - it appears that the last day of January didn't count as a January day - there we go hey!”

“let down on installation and had to arrange myself. some of the panels had a number of holes where knots had fallen out which i have had to fill and seal prior to treatment.”
