“My outdoor log store was easy to order, I was kept fully informed of delivery arrangements and received several emails on delivery day as to its progress. Driver Kev was extremely helpful. Haven’t assembled it yet but it appears to be very good quality with comprehensive instructions and plenty of screws. Also got a nice letter of thanks with it! Definitely recommend them.”

“Very straightforward website to use with lots of sheds and greenhouses to choose from for every size of garden. I like the fact that you can see every part of the shed and also see the sizes so you can get a good idea of what you can fit in it.”

“Absolute disaster . Delivered not all of the shed but don’t blame the delivery company as you packaged up and sent me a garden bench ?? I have taken photos . Parts broken , bags split , screws gone everywhere . I will be calling you Monday . Put today aside to put this together so totally wasted my day now , absolutely fuming .”

“Fridndly and helpful on phone. Generally good quality shed yet gaps in the roof apex both on top and at the ends (see photo with beam placed on roof to temporarily cover top gap), some nails dangerously protruding, poorly designed window frames causing an obvious water trap, no pilot holes so screwing difficult and could lead to cracking. We were told the door hinges wouldn't be attached yet they are so turning the door round as stated we needed will lead to holes in the wood. Tracking almost useless other than confirming name and address are correct.”

“The service I received from Forest Gardens from start to finish was second to none. Ordered my shed online and received confirmation of my purchase within minutes. Samantha call me a few days later, who was very knowledgeable and genuinely a delight to talk too. “I ordered a shed on Sunday 27th March, and I am still waiting to be told when I can expect delivery. I have emailed to enquire and was informed on 2nd March and was told "I have spoken to the manufacturer and they are still deciding a delivery date due to your postcode." I emailed yesterday (8th March) for an updated, but have not head back as yet.”
