“Made our choice from many different types and sizes, placed the order for 2 sheds, immediate confirmation, followed by confirmation from supplier that delivery would be made within the quoted time frame. Now we expect delivery next week and will write a report upon receipt as to quality and delivery performance.”

I was kept informed by text and emails through the delivery process to the point the exact timeframe the delivery will arrive.
