“They out source the delivery and Installation to a secondary company who refuse to deliver to the shed location and claim that an external alley is not external or accessible. They make things complicated and doubt the space you have. Doesn’t seem like they want to do the job.”

“Service was very good. Received email regarding delivery and it arrived within 1 hr of the allocated slot. Driver rang to say he was 5 minutes away, very nice guy, unloaded the shed and checked everything was ok.”

“Customer service was good when I needed to contact them, they responded faster than I would expect, price was acceptable considering huge rise in timber prices. Delivery was substandard and there was a piece missing, by the time I had chance to check all the parts were there driver had left.”

“Little disappointed to be honest. Summerhouse delivery was later than expected, no phone call to arrange delivery time as promised. Summerhouse is quite flimsy and not as good as I expected.. hope it withstands the wind we get in Scotland!!! Not a very happy review but an honest one”

“Single handedly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They sold me an inferior quality product which was not fit for purpose or as advertised, have refused to admit they are at fault or attempt to sort the issue and will not even reply to my emails and when they do after weeks of chasing it is a basic copy and pasted message. Avoid. Very disappointed”

“Shed.co seemed to be the one-stop all-encompassing shed place for a single female with no DIY skills whatsoever. Unfortunately, I feel totally let down by them. I tried at least a dozen times at various times of day to speak to a human being to try & book a visit to the showroom, with no success,so I went ahead and booked it all online as the site seemed easy to use. Delivery dates didn't tally up with my chosen day & even delivered on a completely different day altogether. I paid extra for the shed to be built, and have never met such a RUDE & ARROGANT man (Nathan) in all my life who reduced me to tears!!! So stay away from this incompetent company if you have no idea about sheds or installation. I brought a plastic base, which I was told by the installers that they do not fit (that's extra!!) and then I also didn't need it as my patio had recently been laid. I can have a refund of the base but they will deduct £36 for DPD to collect it back from me!!! What an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I'm being generous giving them 1 star!!!”

“Bought one of these log stores on impulse. Well Mare. Solid and easy to assemble. Was that impressed bought a second one to replace one that I made. Very happy with it.”
