“They delivered the shed damaged. With the wrong internal components and are refusing to replace the components or collect the shed. I'm having to deal with this via trading standards and PayPal.”

“I spent a lot of time researching the purchase of a new summerhouse, the Sheds UK website was by far the most informative, easy to navigate and view items for sale. Placing the order was easy and the information then provided confirming the order, options for delivery, delivery dates and aftercare exemplary. Overall the perfect online shopping experience.”

“Good quality shed. Good value. Fairly simple to assemble. Delivered very quickly and I was able to select the delivery day. One slight negative is that it wasn't clear that it was a doorstep/ street drop so they didn't take it into the garden. It was fine for me as I was able to move it myself but others may not be able to.”

“The shed is beautiful, the whole process has been really easy from ordering to delivery smooth and simply. I was wary to start as the prices seemed too good, but the actual shed is lovely wood, detailed instructions made putting it together really easy and having proper glass in the windows makes a huge difference, very impressed throughout.”

“Website was easy to order from. Ordered shed on Wednesday afternoon and delivered on the Friday! Although I had no idea it was being delivered on the Friday as website said it wasn't out for delivery yet but luckily I was at home.”
