“Not bad. Not great. Just average. Pros: Good selection of sizes, good website, fully packaged, national delivery, modular construction. Cons: Not highest quality, instructions not great (but better than most), small parts incorrect (wrong number and sizes of screws versus instructions). All in all a decent shed for the money. Delivery only took a few days longer than expected (we are quite remote) and they really do mean kerbside when they say kerbside. Not exactly white glove delivery as mentioned somewhere. That said, it’s up now and it does what it says on the tin. Not bad.”

“Do NOT use this company they get a company to Deliever their shed and you have to book in a date but it doesn’t work and you ring them again and again and they don’t ring you back and don’t give you a date whole week every day rang up 3:4 times a day on hold over 30 mins!! Only one person can sort out the issue embarrassing!!!”

“The Summer House is fine. Beware booking installation, small print - may be 21 days after the shed is delivered - so you will need somewhere to keep all the panels etc dry. It also asks you to check that the hundreds of pieces, screws etc are all there before they construct. I had to construct it myself in the end as they didn't arrive. I wrote a letter about this to the CEO but never received the courtesy of a reply. Shame as the building is ok.”

“It is quite a good site, but has some usability issues. The clickable links which are the titles of the sheds are one of the smaller text elements, and it is a struggle to work out where to click (I was expecting the title under the picture like most sites do). It is also too difficult to filter to find the size of shed I wanted and that could be improved.”

“There is a good range of sheds on display which is positive. However, the website appears to be glitchy when trying to use on safari iphone. Links would not open for example, therefore always had to use laptop when viewing sheds. Also when looking for specific shed sizes i found on some occasions, the filtering would show dimensions that i had not specified.”

“Customer service is very variable. Sometimes very prompt at others took 48 hours to reply to not at all. I thought I was ordering from a business in Stratford upon Avon because this was the address shown. Turns out the website is run by Sixtystores and I still don't know who they are. When I had an issue with delivery, when one part of the shed was missing, I struggled with it being unclear who was responsible for sorting it out. It was resolved eventually but took a lot of chasing on my part. Not helped by the fact that Sixtystores phone system likes cutting you off. Customer service alternated between both Sixtystores and the manufacturer responding and then being ignored by both. So customer service feel short.”

“The web site is basic. I was able to place my order. However, since placing my order I have not heard from sheds.co.uk regarding a delivery date. I have heard from the third party installers, but not sheds.co.uk which is disappointing as I would like to arrange an installation date, but I can’t until I receive a delivery date.”

“The shed arrived as promised and all of the parts were there along with plenty of screws. You will need a power screwdriver with a posidrive bit. The diagrams were accurate and it apart from the roof which takes 2 people I put the shed up myself”

“Delivery times appear to have a quicker turnaround time compared to other websites. Customer Service response time was fairly quick when we had a query following the order placement. Score based on experience so far. Yet to see the product and find out if we’re totally satisfied so fingers crossed”

“Shed instructions to generic we managed to find a you tube video which was very useful. No mention of this in the written instructions that we found though. Some of the wood was split and damaged.”

“Very pool quality control as highlighted in the photographs. Trims that are damaged or badly twisted and frame nails that have missed their fixing. These should be picked up and rectified before despatch. Not acceptable for the price.”
