Ordered a garden arch. Purchase confirmed and delivery scheduled. On the day before proposed delivery received a call from the manufacturer to say they would not be delivering the item as they had discontinued it. No offer of a replacement... plenty of insincere apologies but no resolution. Rang Sheds.co. uk who knew nothing about it and at the point of calling they were still offering the item for sale! Eventually had to accept a refund (despite finding the exact same item on three other websites but at a higher price !) and delay the job for a further 10 days. Internet shopping at it’s worst. Buyers beware there’s no support or service from either the website or their supplier so look elsewhere.

You are a bit previous. The shed doesn't arrive until tomorrow, I can't write a review before I have the product. Ask again next week.

Shed delivered late & very poor quality. Full of holes & warped. They replaced one panel as it was so bad (could put my hand through the warps!) but the whole shed should have been replaced. Don't waste your money.

Purchased a shed, it arrived damaged. I was offered £20 to repair it! It will cost more than £20 to buy the wood. Another part was despatched, this was damaged in transit. Still waiting for the replacement part. Delivery date given but part arriving on different day, not informed of this!! Hopefully arriving 16th August intact.

Bought a Shire “Mullian” 7x5ft Summer House… but.. I received a “Mumley” that is cheaper at other suppliers. Sheds.co.uk would not acknowledge doing anything wrong and would do nothing to recompense me… I am a dissatisfied customer!

First one delivered fine, good gate, but when I ordered another they delivered the wrong one (feather edge is horizontal not vertical). The supplier is actually Forest Garden not sheds.co.uk themsleves, and FG tried to say it wasn't their fault and I should contact the retailer. But retailer had sent correct info to them. Had to phone to press for a different response.

ORDERED 2 SHEDS BASED ON ‘A 10 DAYS DELIVERY’ LEAD TIME, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY WILL BE DELIVERED IN NEARLY 3 MONTHS! HARD TO GET THROUGH TO CANCEL THE ORDER ONLY TO BE TOLD CANCELLATIONS HAVE TO BE IN WRITING. NOW - FOR SOME ODD REASON - IM WAITING TO BE REFUNDED ‘ACCORDING TO THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS’, WHICH DOES NOT OVERRIDE EXISTING DISTANCE SELLING LAWS! THIS IS TOTAL AGG FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN THEY DID NOT PUT THE CORRECT LEAD TIME ON THEIR WEBSITE.

Unfortuantely a very disappointing experience. The first delivery was missing half the component parts. After having to convince customer service this was that they were missing, delivery was arranged for 5-7 days later. When I enquired after 7 days that I had still not received anything, it turned out that the order hadnt been processed so another wait of 5-7 days. When these parts finally arrived the screws/fastenings were still missing and I was told to go and buy them myself. Recommend trying somewhere else

Delivery was terrible, driver had none of the required lifting equipment and I had to help them get the shed off their lorry in pieces. I had since complained about the product due to measurements being incorrect and generally not being happy with their service. Their response was to tell me I should have checked the manufacturers site for actual size, and disregarded some of my queries as being my error or false. Since responding to them to say I was unhappy with their customer service they have ignored me. No resolution or acknowledgement of complaint at all. Terrible customer service

The web-site said "in stock", delivery "3-5 days". On day 5 I e-mailed for info. - item on order from manufacturer. So e-mailed for further info. about delivery times – no response. Contacted by delivery company after over 2 weeks – asked for time slot – no response. Would I use this company again? I don’t think so.

Not good, wood has loads of holes in them,so would never be water tight. Had to saw and sand loads of it just to fit it together. Honestly you get what you pay for and it's bad .so hold on to your money and save up more and go somewhere else

I ordered my shed on the 1st of July, I picked this particular shed due to the fact it would be delivered in 14 days. Unfortunately after purchasing it, we were then informed we would not get delivery until the 18th of August which is longer than the shed I was originally going to order. On enquiring what the delivery time would be for that original shed the company were not helpful as they said they have nothing to do with sales and can only discuss dispatch of this particular shed. They did not supply us with any other contacts to enquire. Then once purchased I was sent this link to review the website for a chance to win a £300 gift card, so now I understand why so many of their 5-star reviews were given and the content of the reviews being about the website and not the quality of the shed. When it is eventually delivered I will come back and add a review as to its quality as ultimately that should be the matter for reviewing not the website.

We ordered a shed and paid for the installation. By paying for the installation, we were hoping for a full service without stress, but our whole experience has been pretty horrific. Among other things, the company refused to take the delivered shed to the back garden, and left it in front of the house instead. We had to carry it ourselves. Then, we were told that they could not install the base we bought from them! Instead we'd have to pay extra to buy a *new* base and get that new base installed. We still don't have a shed, and I honestly wish I had never tried to get one.

If this review was just about the shed I would have given 3 stars as it is no more than expected at the price and the felt for the roof seems poor quality. However it is the customer service that drives my score down. The shed was delivered without the felt or the fixing kit, when I messaged this I received a reply from Naomi within 24 hours which was fine but then I received no information on my follow up question so after a couple of days I tried phoning and it was only after numerous calls with long waits that I managed to get through to someone called Max who was very polite and assured me that the felt along with the fixing kit which was also missing would be sent asap. After 4 working days with no delivery and no further updates I tried to call again. This time I spoke to Kayla who again was very polite and assured me that she would get the missing items sent out and keep me updated, to be fair she did keep me updated and the felt arrived a few days later although the fixing kit was still missing. I understand that things can go wrong but I see no reason the customer cannot be kept updated and they shouldn’t have to keep chasing the company to find out what is happening, only Kayla did this although the fixing kit still did not arrive and I have simply given up on this.

Order #S-000306631....utterly beyond belief level of incompetence. Ordered Bin Store...arrived with 4 LH Gables and no RH Gables. Contacted Sheds.Co.UK.....sent out replacement Gables. Gables arrived....Both LH. Recontacted Sheds.Co.UK..sent out further replacement Gables which arrived last week.....BOTH were LH AGAIN!!! No reply to 7 emails and phone 'Help' Line doesn't take calls. Avoid at all costs if you wish to retain your sanity.
