“I ordered 4 sheds all to be delivered on the same day as we are contractors working on a children’s nursery, the first shed 4 x 6 was delivered I have never seen a shed of such poor quality waste of money. The second shed 5 x 8 was then delivered later that day, very good quality but it had GLASS windows which I said on the order windowless. And know they are telling me the next two 3 x 2 are not being delivered until Monday 4th November which means I will have to send a team back over four hours one way to take delivery and install at my company’s cost. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I then managed to speak to a guy called Ben after waiting over 30 minutes on hold for him to say he would get back to me. Still no call back.”

“Delivery was on time and communication was good, after that is where the problems start. Panels are not square making it impossible to build, parts damaged, missing parts. Called customer service advised to email photos and will take 2 days to get a reply. This is just not good enough. The quality is poor for the price. Paid extra for pressure treated floor support and superior roof felt, and you would not know this this was of a superior quality.”

“Fast and friendly delivery. Shed is as described and fit for purpose. Had a bit of fun working out the drawing but got there in the end. Took about 3 hours including Mrs Management input.”

“Slow to deliver and false advertising on delivery times. Very difficult, near impossible to get to speak to a person on the phone. Even when by phone is the chosen method of contact they ignore that an email.”

“Good value for money. Kept updated on delivery. Delivery on time and the driver was really helpful. Shed was well packaged and undamaged. The only two down sides were the poor instructions and some poor finishing. Although there was some helpful, ' Scan Me, ' for video footage, the instruction manual needs a serious overhall. The finishing on some of the parts was very poor. They were rectified easily but it really felt as though it was a half arsed job....shame. On the whole I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend.”

“Fantastic range of sheds with unbelievable speed of delivery achieved through their modular design. My shed was delivered and completely assembled within 48 hours of placing my order. One small criticism would be the absence of clear written assembly instructions. It's all very well being able to download instructions onto a phone but good old fashioned paper would have been much easier.”
