“I haven’t received my order yet however, customer service is very difficult to access as phones are not answered. The logistics forms are not very easy, contradictory. I’m hoping delivery and installation will go smoothly.”

“We purchased the 16' x 8' Combi Potting Shed with Side Store; we received the materials as needed on the agreed upon date, so they were punctual. BUT after only about a week after our shed's completion, the winds completely toppled it over. (For something of this price and claimed quality, we would expect it to withstand most weather conditions, particularly given other DIY structures in the area were standing.) Nevertheless, even with the understanding that sometimes our structures are no match for Mother Nature, we are disappointed with the lack of willingness to provide any sort of help or compensation in trying to address the issue. As a small social enterprise creating a community-led market garden to provide affordable food and growing education to marginalised South Londoners and other communities in need, the potting shed is a necessary component of our operations and its collapse presents a significant blow to our minimal budget, tight staffing capacity, and a fast approaching planting season. We are still pulling teeth trying to get any sort of help with this, but optimism continues to shrink :(”

“I don’t usually leave reviews but the Shed I ordered and received is really quite lovely! Website easy to use, found what I liked and ordered the Loxley Heston Summerhouse. Didn’t get an order confirmation and tried to ring the company but the phones just ring and ring. Emailed and got speedy response to my several queries from Ben. Queried delivery and again got speedy email response from Ben. Not entirely convinced that “Ben” is an actual person as responses seemed a bit robotic but nevertheless Shed arrived at the advised day/ time and is really nice, quite a surprise that the windows are glass not Perspex too! Would use these again.”

“First class service with excellent and courteous delivery - the shed was exactly as described with everything needed to build it (except our pairs of hands of course). It is now fully furnished with shelves and tool brackets and really looks the business in our garden.”

“The most important part - the shed itself is a perfect size for my needs and the instructions are detailed and helpful. Overall I feel I've ended up with what i wanted, at a decent price. However, a couple of things to be aware of. The doors did not fit the space in the front panel so i needed to use a jigsaw to trim the doors to make them fit. Not a big task - but might be awkward if you don't have a jigsaw or aren't comfortable using one. Secondly, the positoning of the hinge fixings for the doors on the front panel are aligned with a significant part of the overlapping panels, meaning the hinge does not sit flat on the front panel.”

“Not received shed yet, but found the website fairly easy to browse and pick what I wanted with an adequate level of product detail. Unlike other sellers I was pleased they never tried to sneakly add extra delivery costs on at the end, the price you see is the price you pay.”

“Fast delivery of in stock wooden shelving. Lost one star as the wood on the frame was split behind upper left-hand hinge. I’m hoping it won’t get worse. As I’d emptied the shed before I noticed, and it was getting dark, I decided to reluctantly live with it.”
