“Hi, as yet shed unpacked as enquired as to the delivery date and was advised it would be 6 days later. The next day having advised what days we would and wouldn’t be in on the date prior delivery , we received a phone call to say the shed was outside our house and we were out! Quality as yet not determined”

“This is a review of website only. I haven’t yet received the shed. Site was clear, reasonably easy to navigate and prices were very competitive. Not a fully positive review as it stated free delivery but then when purchasing it added £25 delivery. If price hadn’t been good I would not have bought from Sheds.co.uk Suggest you shop around carefully as added delivery (when it previously stated free delivery) make make it more expensive.”

“Great website with lots of option. Looking forward to recovering our purchase as the website came recommended from family who have received a brilliant shed. Only improvement would be an estimated time of delivery when confirming the purchase. The item we bought says 14day delivery on the website but we have no confirmation of that timeframe in our confirmation email and have heard nothing since.”

“Website was easy to use and the plastic shed is as expected. The delivery service wasn't great. Shed was left outside my house despite me leaving instructions to call my neighbour, who would lead them to my garden. I couldn't lift it. Fortunately a neighbour helped. I know we're all extremely busy at the moment and times are hard but customer satisfaction shouldn't be a problem.”

“Ordered from Sheds.co.uk… process was easy... it was close to Christmas but rang and checked it would arrive on time. Very helpful girl assured me it would arrive 23rd/ 24th…. It didn’t 😒Disappointed!”

“Great prices and products, but ao far finding it very difficult to organise the instalation service. Need to send pictures of proof of parking. Proof of base for the shed and proof of access to the garden. I feel this is slightly overkill. Hopefully we can agree I have a suitable garden for this shed soon with out too many more photos. You can check on Google maps if you don't believe me sheds.com!”

“It seemed quite simple to purchase a shed and request a January delivery, however, I ordered an additional base which arrived yesterday, two months early. A slight nuisance for storing. I cannot give a review of the shed as I do not have it yet but will review it at the end of January.”

“Ordered bike shed on 1 november, it didn't arrive on delivery date, so had to phone them up, it arrived next day. When unpacked it had the 2 door wing missing, it has taken 10 days phoning and messaging to get the missing parts, but finally got them yesterday. The phone staff were lovely and friendly but need better communication as I had to do all the chasing to find out what was going on”

“It was easy to find and buy the shed I wanted, but not clear that the recommended base had to be configured in a specific way so that the shed would sit on it properly. The shed is flimsy and the doors difficult to open and close.”

“Good quality storage box that was reasonably easy to assemble but does require pre-drilling. Arranging delivery should be improved-the link to the delivery website didn’t work and I needed to phone sheds.co who sorted this out efficiently by Becca. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed for a week because of driver issues.”

“Website is easy to navigate and delivery was super quick. Shame the guarantee is only a year because the shelter is not the best quality for what you pay for it and in the USA it comes with a 10 year guarantee.”

“Great shed but service could be better. Instructions difficult to follow and miss some things out. Was confused about block of wood nailed to parts of frame with no reference in instructions. When realising I needed to remove these I also removed some blocks that were required for roof mounting by mistake. Was charged for delivery even though in England even after querying so be careful with that. Knew date of delivery well in advance but didnt get updated on time the day before as promised. Tracked on the app on the day but originally said 8-9 delivery then changed to 12-13 then back to 10-11. Was great for tracking but no use at all to plan the day.”
