“WARNING.....BE CAREFUL....I ordered a shed that went mouldy in the rain. Initially when I contacted the company, they were really helpful until they decided I had made the mistake by not treating the shed. It was not clear that I had to treat the shed before painting....I wish I had known! At this point, their customer services became no existent - they ignored my e-mails asking for help and even though I phoned 3 times, they never sent the link to Trust Pilot for me to write a review. There are so many shed companies out there - I would advise finding another one!”

“Our shed has not arrived yet so I can't say much but we live in hope! One thing did make us VERY cross. We checked on the delivery price and discovered it was free. Excellent,we thought......till the final bill came up and we discovered that if you live in Scotland, it is £70!!! I'm sure there are places much further away than Edinburgh, in the south west of England.we are still meant to be a United Kingdom but obviously if you can make extra money from the Scots...so be it. Yours angrily”

“Supposed to be 1-2 working days for delivery... Still haven't got any tracking information from couriers regarding delivery date etc after ordering a shed last week... Very poor service with virtually no follow up information from couriers.”

“I found the website very comprehensive with a great choice of buildings ( sheds ) and very reasonably priced, my one criticism is no where does it mention that the screws are supplied for joining the shed or doors, neither weather there is clout nails for the roofing felt, and does sealant come with the order to waterproof the windows, this information would be very helpful to me personally as I live in a small village and my nearest DIY store is over 10 miles, with the lack of information I now have to wait until delivery to see if the items are included, which delays getting the shed erected if they are not, if it was mentioned in the description that they are not included then preparation for purchasing the items could be implemented.”

“This site has all the relevant information you need for you purchase statting from the dimensions to construction,delivery etc. I found it very easy to follow and the contact afterwards was great allowing me to choose a delivery day. Highly recommend the service so far.”
