“I haven't received the shed yet, as it is due for delivery on the date requested but up to now the service, communication and price have been excellent, so as long as the shed lives up to the rest of my experience, I would have no problem in recommending them.”

“The website is easy to navigate and gives good descriptions of products. this enabled us to make an informed choice of which arbour best suited our purpose and price. The order process was straightforward and delivery was earlier than expected.”

“Had ordered to be delivered to new address however due to finance side of order didn't match so they could not deliver to new address and could not guarantee delivery to old address before we moved. Cancelled it.”

“Order was left at the end of the alley, told by the driver I'll need a hammer. Took nearly 2 hours for me to get the supports off which had been nailed in (very overkill) and to carry each piece myself to our house. Added to this, pieces are damaged on the corners and there are no instructions - just a plastic bag filled with various nails and screws. The wood itself seems very sturdy, but a shame such a horrible delivery service, damage and lack of instructions.”

“Navigation of the site for wood storage is easy. I would have given 5 stars if the information on Loxley triangular shaped stores were easier to compare. There is a statement saying all log stores have floors but on closer reading a warning sign says this (Loxley) store does not have a floor. I purchased the Adley as it clearly said it had a floor. I’ve used it for kiln dried logs inside my outhouse. I think it was designed for seasoned unseasoned logs as it was very open to the elements.”

“Have ordered a bike shed which was quite easy to do. Asked a question via email and had it answered by the next day. Not had delivery yet but up to now it's been a very easy, smooth process.”

“I ordered a shed from this company and there was several problems it has been very shoddily put together, with the pieces of wood bent I’ve had to ask for pieces to be replaced and buy items such as pieces of wood so the windows would actually fit , if I hadn’t paid someone to put it together I would have asked for a refund”

“Granite parasol stand is fantastic. Very heavy (30Kg) as was needed. I used it at the weekend and it supports a large parasol with ease. Overall - great service as product was delivered within a couple of days. Praise to the delivery guys as 30Kg dead-weight can't be the easiest item to deliver. Product was just what I needed. “Website easy to navigate and search. Found the shed I wanted and date for delivery. Emails and texts kept me updated with delivery and requirements. Date was pushed back one day which didn't matter to me. Delivered 6am following day with great communication from delivery driver. Didn't have to greet driver and woke to find shed neatly stacked on drive. Good service.”

“Terrible service. Shed arrived with doors damaged. You couldn’t tell from the packaging so it arrived in January and got build 5weeks later which is when we realised. Sent pictures etc. Chased lots of times now in August they have finally said they will replace the doors but there will be a charge due to not informing them in January. When asked what the amount will be no reply for weeks again. Terrible. Would never use again.”
