“this would be my second shed from Sheds.co, moving house so am leaving the first one and going for a larger shed this time, my first shed is still as good as the day Sheds.co delivered and installed, advice and help from staff is excellent.”

“Ordering was easy, I’m hopeless on websites but it was really clear and very informative. Ordered a super shed, free, quick delivery. I emailed a query about bases and someone got back to me immediately with a website link. Altogether very impressed with their products and customer service - very rare in my experience. 10/10 for everything.”

“After searching for a particular style of shed, I came across the sheds website and found the Redlands 6 x4 apex modular shed. After purchasing the shed and choosing a delivery date the shed was delivered on time and with no complications! After unpacking the shed and checking the part were all there construction began after treating all the wood with preservative. The instructions took a while to figure out but family helping made the job easier! The shed is nearly finished weather permitting and will soon be done.”

“The glasshouse is great quality. The customer service is horrendous. Numerous emails about missing parts . No response. Rang numerous times. Once told it would be passed to a manager who would get in touch with me. Nothing. Rang again the next day to be told the parts would be with me next week. No parts arrived, no phone call from manager. Rang again THREE WEEKS after glasshouse was delivered and THREE WEEKS after I first raised the issue I get told the parts are out of stock and would be back in on 18th. Parts actually arrived on 16th the day after my last call to them. If they had told me that on my first email or phone call I would have been satisfied. But expected time frame after expected time frame, no response and a rather blunt customer service person I will think deeply about ordering from these again and I have had a few purchases from them.”

“Purchased a 5 x 5 shiplap shed from Sheds.co.uk. The website was really easy to navigate and I got immediate email confirmation on purchase which included instructions on assembly. I ordered late Friday and the shed was delivered the following Wednesday morning. The shed fitted together so well and assembly was made so much easier for one person because all of the floor/ side/ roof panels were 2ft or 3ft instead of 5ft. I highly recommend.”
