“When we started to put the shed up,it was not square. We then remeasure the floor this was 3 inches to small so we had to add extra,also the instructions were for a apex shed not pent.”

“The log store looked good in the pictures but when it arrived you could see the excellent quality. There was minor damage to one slat but new ones were sent within a couple of weeks. Impressed with the YouTube video which I watched twice and then assembled in under 10 mins. Very happy with my purchase.”

“Parts missing, unable to complete the shed. Contacted Palram, per instructions, promised to send but didn’t. Then no reply to emails. I contacted Sheds, they promised action and emailed Palram. Still nothing. Week later, no parts, no reply from either. Terrible service, useless shed.”

“Site had a simple user interface, and a larger selection of items within their range, reasonable pricing and delivery. Can only suggest the following, that there are more detailed dimensional diagrams, some assembly instructions or even links to YouTube videos for assembly (TUIN do this), and possibly improvements to the customisation options.”

“Website is easy to navigate, has lots of choice of different types and designs of sheds and out buildings. Quality looks good and prices very reasonable. Communication has been clear and concise. Yet to see what my shed is actually like but am looking forward to it arriving .”

“I ordered a 12 by 10 summer house for my resin workshop it was easy to order and I got a email a few days later to arrange delivery It arrived a week later this was delivered easily on a pallet. It only took a few hours to assemble and it look lovely . I've been working in there for 2 weeks now and I've had no issues. Thank you sheds .co.uk From Maureen”
