“Easy website to navigate and order from. Products look good. Will review further once delivered & installed Delivered on a different day to the one I selected. Instructions were not included..emailed customer service & they promptly emailed them to me. Instructions were a bit minimalist to say the least, but managed to assemble the shed ok as I’ve done a few before. Not enough 50mm screws provided but everything else ok. Really like the finished product”

“Bought shed with a pick a date delivery Turns out they don’t honour these dates 6th of May picked Called today and told delivery is 10th Also booked an installation team for that date Nope, they’re coming on the 20th I’ve booked days off work, ordered a skip for the clearance of our old shed and yard clear for the day before booked Pick a Date So now I have to cancel that Cancel days and hope I can get the new dates Total RUBBISH but 3 stars for price”

“I have just received a delivery of a shed from Forest Garden and I am delighted with it. The quality looks very good and the driver was excellent. I have given them 5 stars because there wasn't a way to give them more. The communication was first class, I received an e-mail a couple of days before delivery with a 4-hour time slot, on the day of delivery I received another e-mail giving me a more accurate time slot of 2 hours, the name of the driver and the delivery vehicle. It arrived 30 minutes into the period. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Ordered an 8x6 shed for delivery on 10th May so haven't actually seen it yet. However, the website was very informative and made it easy to choose and order. Great price too.”

“Not yet put together but there are more bits than an IKEA wardrobe and it looks much flimsier than the shed it is destined to replace. Ordering was relatively easy but my prefered date was not translated and I had to hurriedly re-arrange things to be in when the shed arrived (late). The carrier sent me e-mail notification of the date and time (10.13 -14 13 ???) of delivery but the order number was different and they apparently had no connection to the original company. Time will tell on quality etc but first impressions count and they are not great!”
